I was offered a 'free cv critique' by a job site, which turned out to be computer generated garbage. So I looked at their privacy policy, and yeah, they can and will sell your information to pretty much anyone so that's nice. They might be great at writing CV's, but the 'free review or critique' is just a sales channel. I'm fairly sure I'll be spammed relentlessly now.

I decided to have my CV looked at by a professional and I was really happy with the outcome. Sabrina took my CV and reworded it to show the vast experience that I have. She also highlighted all my skills and did a cover letter for me, which I could adjust depending on the type of jobs I apply for. I am very grateful and feel more confident now when I am applying for jobs given the quality of my CV.

They explain vividly about the order to you and also lay down payment plan if you cant pay in full, the are honest in delivering. But my only problem is when you make a mistake, they delay in getting back to you.

SCAM!!! Stay away. They use chat gpt for everything (and it'spainfully obvious). Even for communication, and they refuse to give a refund. Absolute waste of time and money.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! SCAM!!! All good reviews are written by themselves. They have absolutely no idea how to write a CV!! What information you will fill up in their website, they will use it to add in in a basic, simple CV. They don't add any relevant information, only inappropriate things. They're using AI (ChatGPT), and they don't even bother to change the language back to British English. They don't follow or even read your instructions , they don't tailor it to your industry. It took them 2 weeks to come back with an AI written CV, which you could write in elementary school. After I asked for refund, there is 0 response!! Please be aware.

The documents were delivered in a timely manner and in relatively good quality. I did find some grammatical mistakes in the CV a while later but I fixed those myself.

I paid a premium services for CV, cover letter and LinkedIn makeover. They advertised as the Top CV UK, UK company, promising to match me with an expert writer ( top 10%) in my industry. After a month I have no CV, no refund. They use AI to copy my own writing and put in a table format. The wording is American. I specifically asked them not to use AI and their response was we are not using chat GPT. The Ai emphasises AI skills ( lol) which are irrelevant to my industry ( education) and false. It could not detect necessary soft skills. They never denied fraudulent claims just refused refund point blank. So I lost money and opportunities; I have no CV or cover letter let alone LinkedIn makeover. They are Vietnamese. Pleas do your diligence and stay away from non UK companies. I strongly recommend Purple.

Not worth the money. CV is just put into chatgpt with an industry format. no actual thought behind anything. No effort from their end. waste of time.

Like other reviews I have seen, my experience sounded very similar. Terrible service and turnaround time was quick, but then also pushed to confirm your satisfaction with the produced documentation and rushed into closing the task off. Ridden with errors, chronological dates and timings incorrect, very much not aligned with any of my objectives and experiences and very much appeared to be done in 10 minutes with no actual expertise or skill applied - it largely was a copy and paste from the information I submitted to the writer, so the charge for this service is wasteful and not value for money at all - AVOID!!. I have had to make use of the template created (after corrections/editing) as I am actively seeking a new role, but in my view is terrible and highly recommend to not waste your money on this. There are competitors that offer much better service and are much more affordable (also offers many more reviews and edits for much longer included compared to this service). I have applied for over 500 roles in the past few months and got no more than 4 or 5 responses with nothing actually producing any opportunity to be considered for an application - signs it is not in the correct format and not appealing to prospective employers. A SCAM OVERPRICED WITH NO VALUE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU ARE ASKED TO PAY
