Well organised and prompt service to replace a washing machine seal. The labour cost was excessive at some £131 for 30 minutes at our home, but we do now have no leaking door.

Booked a repair for my AEG Induction hob that had failed 1 month after the 2 year warrenty had run out. Engineer was with me for about 10 minutes; told me that I needed new control boards which would cost as much as a new unit. Also said they had built in obsolescence so are not expected to last for long and I would be better off buying a ceramic hob. Maybe that is correct but it doesn't fit with the research I did before buying it. Just a few pence under £100 for this is a total rip-off. I have bought quite a lot of kitchen units from Glotech in the past, but never again.

Quick efficient service. Engineer arrived promptly at the time and days given for the repair to be carried out. Engineer very helpful and showed me what was wrong with my washer dryer so I knew exactly what was going on. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I booked an engineer to fix our tumble dryer, and it took him just 5 minutes to repair it. He said the issue was a spring that had come off the hook. I paid £95 for the job, but on the very first use after the repair, the dryer stopped working again within an hour. When I called them to report the issue, they said the engineer would come back, but if any other problem was found, they would charge an additional £95. This is unacceptable. The engineer didn’t do the job properly in the first place. If the spring was loose, he should have fixed it securely, or if it needed replacing, he should have done so during the initial visit. Instead, he provided a quick and incomplete fix, and now they’re putting conditions on a follow-up visit, potentially charging me again. It’s unfair to expect me to pay for what should have been done correctly the first time. The engineer should return and resolve the issue without additional charges.

The engineer came found out the problem order the parts and another came and fixed the problem in 3 days all were sorted it.

The engineer James attended to our call out and identified the main printed circuit board as the issue. He contacted the office for a price for the parts and to complete the repair. The parts were ordered after acceptance of the quote and James return 3 days later to complete the works. All in all a satisfied customer.

Nice man, pleasant and very polite. Knew what he was doing, replaced item for dishwasher which he had in his van, worked quickly explaining as he went along. Would recommend him, very efficient.
