The bouquet was just just what was promised and more. This is not always the case when ordering from out of town. My daughter-in-law called me the moment they were delivered to thank me and show me the flowers. My son called me the next day to say how pretty they were! Bravo!

Delivery was terrible. I planned out something special for my significant other and was expecting a delivery worth $140 worth. I planned the flowers to be delivered while she was home and for it to be a surprise for her birthday. I have used Ode de la rose for Valentine’s Day and bought the 100 premium rose’s bouquet to which everything was worth the $500 premium I paid. I was happy with Ode de La Rose for Valentine’s Day but I was extremely disappointed with the performance for my girlfriend’s birthday. The flowers were pre announced through a text to her saying “you have a flower delivery on the way”. I was upset that a surprise bouquet was announced like it was a door dash delivery. The surprise at this point was ruined. To add insult to injury the flowers were just dropped off at the front door step with a picture taken, no attempt to hand deliver or call the recipient was made. Had I known this was going to be the service I get for $140, I would have just gotten flowers delivered by door dash from Marianos for a fraction of the cost. I recommended Ode de la rose highly to all my clients and friends but now I can no longer do so. When customer service was called, Mike seemed unapologetic and only offered the delivery fee to be refunded. I don’t think he understood the significance of the surprise birthday present to someone I love. A lot of planning was involved to schedule the flowers on just the right time and day for her to get her Roses hand delivered. Overall Ode de la Rose has left a terrible impression on how much they value their customers and I am extremely disappointed.

Needed roses same day. In Chicago. For an important milestone birthday without much time to plan. I searched, I found, I shopped, I purchased. And it was all on my mobile device and it was fast. And, they delivered. And in fact they were beautiful, on time, with timely communication both before and after. Love Ode a la Rose! Will 100% use again. Amazing
