Delivery far too slow, product fine!

I was very disappointed with the size of the 1/8" plate. I expected it to be the same size as the accompanying plates. That is why I purchased the chopper. It is no better than the competition.

I love my alligator chopper brilliant for preparing for soups and salsa. Unfortunately the blade I used most broke but I was able to buy a pack of 2 replacement blades which came within a week and it works perfectly again.I’ve had my chopper for 3 years and I’m delighted that I can get replacement parts rather than having to replace whole thing.

Uppsamlingsbehållaren har dålig passform. För drygt 10 år sedan köpte jag min första Alligator, men den gick tyvärr i sönder tidigare i år, därför behövde jag skaffa en ny. Passformen på uppsamlings behållaren är mycket sämre på den nya jämfört med den gamla, och trillar lätt av och har resulterat i ett golv fyllt med grönsaker. Paketet skickades som brev istället för som paket, vilket gjorde att det lämnades på ett utlämningsställe som ligger för långt bort för mig att hämta själv (har problem att gå).
