I needed a replacement part for my Alligator & it was easy to order a new one. My order arrived promptly. The product itself is a great gadget.

I bought the Alligator vegetable cutter (not stainless steel version) which is a quality piece of essential kitchen equipment. My last purchase was for the 600 | 3023-3 CLEANING GRIDS 3X3 MM (1/8") 2 PCS. WHITE PLASTIC. Item. Things are essential to ensure easy cleaning of the pusher element of the Alligator vegetable cutter. Without them, it would require a lot of time and patience to get any foods that has been pressed between the pushers. I love this product and will continue to own one. It’s an essential piece of kitchen equipment when I am cooking.

The delivery was very prompt. I appreciate a company that sells replacement parts. We love our dicer and the quality of the product.

Updated Review Alligator of Sweden made it right with a full refund and replacement of the broken catcher. It took some time with them being in Sweden buyI wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. 6 STARS!!! My catcher broke after only a couple of uses. I sent a picture showing this and feel this should have been covered by warranty. Instead I had to buy a new one. Otherwise I love the alligator!

I never received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times through their website and have never had a response. But they keep wanting me to review the product. So there it is. No product. No customer service. Buy the alternative for a third of the price.

It's a very nice chopper but it doesn't cut much.

this a good if somewhat pricey service - but much of cost is delivery. I should probably have thought ahead and ordered another set of blades and any other spares I might need in the same order to save on delivery charges!
