Great product, enjoy chopping salads up again. I had a cheap one and this is like night and day!! plus i was thinking it would take a long time to ship...but boy was I wrong, less than a week!!

Excellent product

Like the product, I had one that lasted for years before. The new clear plastic catcher for garlic is a good idea conceptually, but comes loose too easily - I had it fly across the counter onto the floor sending tiny pieces of garlic everywhere. I will be using mine without it moving forward.

This is the second alligator set that I have bought. I am truly happy with it.

As with my first order, the part was delivered perfectly on the date. The product is exactly as shown on the website (The Chipper), and it was straightforward to order parts. Thank you. I love the chipper and am pleased that replacement parts are available. Is there any way however to reduce the snapping sound between the chipper attachment and the base? I always put a thin cloth between the two cutting pieces to reduce the snapping sound. Perhaps a thin layer of sound absorbent silicone....Just a thought.:) A minor issue though.
