I have been using my stainless Alligator for about 2 months now. I LOVE it! I no longer mind having to chop an onion for dinner. In fact, I usually do two at a time now so we always have chopped onion handy. It's much easier than with a knife. Washing it takes just a minute because of the protective screen that clears everything out of the grid. I wish I had found it sooner.

excellent product. only issue was the use of DHL for shipping and the hidden charges that DHL applies (extra 45$).

The alligator is very good handling with one exception: the collector, which collects the cut vegetables. It can break too easily. The rubber feet are not available for purchase online in Germany as a spare part. Because both had to be replaced, I paid the high price for shipping. Why do not the dealers in Germany also offer spare parts?

We have had it for several years, use it frequently and absolutely love it. It does the job as well or better than advertised. The company is outstanding to work with. Product delivery is prompt and service after the sale could not be better. A known weakness is the plastic container to collect the processed food. I really wish they would engineer a better solution for that but I would purchase again even with that known weakness. It is not inexpensive but of a high quality that will last probably for multiple generations of users. Edited: The company says that they have fixed the problem with the plastic collector. That is great news. Purchase with 100% confidence! End of Edit: Not sure of our exact purchase date so the date is approximate. As I stated, we have used it frequently for several years. I used it on onions, bell peppers, and carrots just yesterday.

Perfect I love my alligator could not be happier in my humble opinion the best vegetable chopper in the world Easy swift. A joy to be cooking does not take up much storage space well made too, accessories can be bought individually , if needed
