October 27, 2021 I ordered my alligator and have used it several times a week since it arrived; onions, carrots, celery, etc. The appliance is stainless steel, but the lid to contain the veggies is plastic. Over time mine has gotten loose and I have a hard time containing the veggies. I contacted alligatoronline and they responded immediately and have even offered a free replacement for the lid! AMAZING service!

Fast delivery - great product and I am so pleased to be able to purchase a new part to replace the part I wore out after many years of service instead of requiring me to buy a complete new device.

When I needed a replacement part for my dicer it was extremely easy to find your website and locate the replacement part. A couple of clicks later I had ordered and paid for the needed parts and they arrived on my doorstep in no time.

You let me know when the product was shipped and I had a tracking number to know where it was. It was delivered and now in use.

Love the chopper. I have arthritic fingers and hands and this is a life saver for me. The fine chopper works great on ginger; the garlic is a bit sticky, sadly. The little screen helps tremendously to clean the chopper grates. I have used a chopper of lesser quality and that was always a big issue

I bought one of their newest 3094 choppers direct from their website. It was despatched quickly and I had delivery updates on a regular basis. I checked out the demo video on YouTube and to be honest, that was all I needed. The build quality is very tough and extremely high quality. The only problem I had was trying to remember which way up to insert tomatoes and peppers, but that's my age! What is really exciting is the speed. I am pretty fast with a knife, but not this fast. If you need plenty of julienne onions, peppers or tomatoes this machine is perfect. I found a small crack in the clear plastic collector after a month of use, contacted Alligator by email and a new part was on it's way very quickly, no questions asked. Can't praise them enough.

Delivery was fast. However the price of the replacement container was quite high.

The ordered Parts were not available at that time in German Onlineshops. Therefore i ordered them direkt in Sweden. I was surprised about the very fast shipment, the cheep price and the excellent service. If i need parts from Alligator again, i will order direkt instead of ordering from german onlineshops. Thank you very much.

The press was not steel as expected.

This chopper is excellent. It is sturdy and sharp and I spend so much less time chopping vegetables than I used to. As someone who prepares most meals at home, this is genuine help to me.
