Very disappointed in the product and customer service. Bought a very expensive stainless steel version. Within 2 uses, the plastic attachment cracked. I reached out via email. Nothing. Reached out again. Nothing. Posted a public review and got a response stating to email them and they replace. Emailed again. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Ordered 2 new plastic attachments. One is already cracked in the same spot. Had I known this would have been my experience, I would have gotten the plastic version and tossed it when it broke. If I would have received a replacement my experience would have been very different as the chopper is great other than the defective plastic attachment

I needed a special order. Alligator of Sweden was able to offer me what I needed. Their communication was timely and easy to understand. The products I ordered were processed quickly. The order was delivered to me faster than I expected. Thank you Alligator of Sweden.

Simple perfect

Took a long time to receive items. But I am so pleased that I was able to find the replacement part. The chopper is a great piece of equipment but the plastic catch chamber is Always cracking. Need to use a more durable plastic for that. Stainless steel maybe. Just my feedback. :)

Replacement section on website could use an update but other than that, easy to order, free shipping and only $15 for brokerage, I can deal with that all day long.
