I have recently returned to HPL after buying a car a couple of years ago , I returned as the service was great! Chris W from HPL helped me with a part exchange of my current car for a new vehicle , Chris was really patient with me and I felt well looked after from start to finish ! Chris kept in regular contact with me and helped me understand all steps along the way , I’m really happy with my new car, Thank you !!!

Sales were great ! Then the problems started…. Get the tyres checked, every tyre they had put on was faulty/damaged and required new ones. If they say they have serviced it, they havnt or they just do a really bad job of it. Ive had problems with my car since the first week of having it. I’m now 6 months down the line, 7/8 trips to the garage to get it fixed, for it still requiring to be fixed. Took it to a local vw garage in the end and learnt HPL garage have lied about a number of things and its not a cheap job to fix. Requested calls back same day to resolve once and for all. No call back. DO NOT GET A SERVICE OR MOT PLAN WITH HPL they also only work in the week or up to 12.30 Sats to which they will always say “can you come back in the week” The curtsy cars are filthy and you cant fit your kids in them so usless if you have a family, so get ready to take multiple days off work to get your car seen to and fixed (I say fixed it probably wont be) as they will always need you to “come back” for one reason or another. If you try to make an official complaint in house, they ghost you and only answer phone calls off a different number. I have been through hell with them for 6 months and its ongoing. What a shambles of a service department, they let the Sales team down and HPL itself.

Another 5* experience from Brian Kaldy at Preston branch. Have dealt with Brian on our last 3 cars now. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and won't mess you around. Did the deal after a test drive and asked for some cosmetic touch ups to the bodywork and wheels. Came to collection day and as promised the car was 1st class when we came to collect. Brian kept us well informed throughout the process and afterwards. Returning customer payment made super fast afterwards straight into the bank. They even rang to say they had found second key and service book the week after collection and have sent this out to us. Would definitely recommend HPL and specifically ask for Brian K - he is one of a kind and a massive asset to HPL. Next time we want to upgrade our car will definitely be coming back on a day Brian is working.

What a great experience, Brian helped me every step of the way. Im 61 and this was the first time i have bought a car from a garage, i thought it was going to be stressful but not at all. Thanks for making it a great experience, now looking forward to enjoying my new car.

Went too look at a car at hpl motors Preston was seen bye Alex was really nice give us the figures for the car OK and I talled him that there was outstanding finance owing on are car didn't put that down then went away and come back with even higher prices come to a deal in the end thery pushy to get a deal slept on it this morning and decided not to go ahead with it spoke to Alex said you won't get your deposit back well fair enough would never go back there again enjoy my deposit hope you can sleep at night

Arranged an appointment to view a car with the option of purchasing it. I dealt with Joe Hughes, sales executive, had several phone calls with Joe before going to the dealership and he sorted out the finance before my appointment. The whole experience was excellent and stress free. I can't thank Joe enough for taking the time to sort everything out for me. I've bought numerous cars over the years, but I've got to say Joe is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with, so polite, pleasant and courteous.
