My salesperson, Sam Mottley, was absolutely lovely. He was patient, informative and very efficient. The sale went through rapidly and the car was ready ahead of schedule. Sam kept me informed at all stages of the process. I would definitely use HPL again and ask for Sam.

Went with my daughter to look at a car but stated it had ac never had it then was offered another car told it needed a clutch and would be about a week gave them £500 deposit phoned back to be told clutch would be another week after that phoned back told it would be 3 weeks told them not to bother and requested my deposit back told ok but after numerous calls and promises still no deposit back 5 weeks later now getting a solicitor to sort it out would not bother going there

Professional and friendly, on top of that not a typical "car salesman" stereotype aproach. Straight forward process, and high standard environment. Hassle free after care. I am a picky and detail focused buyer, they've sorted couple of minor bits for me in a timely fashion and no additional costs. Will definitely come back to purchase another car for my wife. Firstly, told to leave a refundable £500 deposit to transport a car from Oldham to Preston (due to DSR) as I wasn't taking their finance out. Secondly, car in question has an MOT advisory for transmission oil leak which I wasn't told about (although I checked it myself). When mentioned during the test drive, i was told it will be fixed but I was already put off by this point as it was raising alarm bells. Thirdly, Deposit not refunded promptly as it sat with the accounts team to approve. They can take your money quickly but not refund your money quick enough! After chasing and trying to speak to manager (who didn’t want to speak with me), 12 days later I have finally been refunded. Stay away from this company, much better dealerships around who give you warranty etc at no extra cost

I recently bought my car from HPL Oldham and received an excellent service from them and especially Dai and Sam Mottley. No pressure to buy additional products as I had a budget to stick to Everything was explained everything from beginning to end for a great car buying experience. The car is fantastic and I am very pleased all round Thanks.

I bought a new car January this year. Nothing but problems with this car. Currently the car is not for for purpose. I called the store after 5 months of having the car, work from home and I do little mileage. Was informed I didn't pay extra for the warranty and therefore nothing they can do about this. I sent an email to the manager and did not receive any correspondence back whatsoever. When checking the MOT history there was a major defect linked to the same problem indicating an underlying fault.. Currently getting more advice legal in relation to these cowboy unless they fix the issues.

Paul was excellent very happy with the car only thing I was not happy with coming from a massive dealership how can they sell u the car with no fuel in it an not even taxed every car I have ever bought was taxed an was given some fuel apart from that I was very happy with the service I got from Paul
