We went to HPL Motors in Preston on Boxing Day 2022 to view some cars as we desperately needed another runner around baring in mind we have never brought from this place and only used dealers. We got a warm welcome 🙏 and was shown around we had a look at a few and went back the next day and show Sean Barnes who assisted us further 😀 we where aloud to take the car 🚗 for a test drive and loved the vehicle that much that we brought it that day 😀 Sean had explained to us everything we needed to know but sold us the car 🚗 at a great standard he had a sense of humour and really entertain my little children as when buy a car it can be very long winded.. Will definitely buy from these people again and will highly recommend them to everyone 👍

I wanted to purchase a car for my daughter, but I live in Oklahoma, USA. I have never bought a car unseen before and was somewhat skeptical. My good friend in Manchester recommended HPL and I contacted Alfie at the Oldham location. I could not be more complimentary. Alfie was very responsive, providing several options to meet my criteria and arranging cars to be delivered from other locations for my friend to test drive on my behalf. Having settled on the car he then provided a personal video tour of the vehicle, and made the purchase easy and seamless. Having arrived in Manchester for the holidays, I collected the car immediately after Xmas and so far I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. All round, this was a great experience and far exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend Alfie and HPL motors.

Back street car dealership, horrendous customer service on the sales side, had a car three months of them, nothing but faults with it, had back to them about 5 times, go to a proper dealership

I went in to get a new car as mine was no good. The advisor who take care of me, Sean Barnes at the Preston site really took care of me and knew what he was talking about. I was able to get the car I wanted and wasn't kept there for hours on end. This is the second time I've got a car from them and I don't think it will be the last.

Absolutely horrendous car dealership. I made an appointment for my car to be valued and look at cars in their stock to avoid being in store for hours on end as I have been in previously and had time wasted waiting on staff. The gentleman I made the appointment in was on leave and hadn’t even booked the appointment to anyone else, I then told the man who took his place some time later, what car I was after and he agreed he could source this. It has now been three months and not one call or follow up on this. Beyond poor Further to this, I have requested videos of 4 different vehicles at different dealerships and never receive them. Customer service is poor and takes hours upon hours to get anywhere with them. If I could rate less I would.

I was interested in two cars at the Preston site after viewing them online. On visiting the site, I was introduced to Brian who subsequently obtained the keys to these vehicles and allowed me time to view them at my own leisure. From here I was keen to test drive one of them. I arranged to do so the following day with Brian. After the test drive I knew that the car was right for me. Without any sales pressure, I was able to agree a sale with Brian which involved a trade in on my current car. The whole process was straight forward. Brian was very efficient and able to explain the whole sales process in a very friendly manner. It was agreed that the sale would be finalised 5 days later, where the car would be serviced and prepared for collection. Again, the whole process (orchestrated by Brian) was done so quickly and efficiently. The car was extremely well presented on collection. I could not fault the whole sales process from start to finish. Thank you Brian. I certainly would buy from the Preston site without any hesitation.
