Recently bought a Volvo from HPL Atherton and we have to say that the service provided by Elad, and then later by Andrew, was second to none. The whole buying and part exchange process was made simple by Elad, who went out of his way to ensure all paperwork was thoroughly completed on our behalf. At no stage was there any pressure to buy prior to sale, but rather we were given time and space to examine the car. After the sale, there were a couple of issues that required attention and, unlike all other dealers we have dealt with in the past, Elad and the team kept to their promise and sorted everything promptly and successfully. Michael Flynn at Oldham made the whole process of getting a new car very straightforward. He was extremely knowledgeable on the features of the car and also some of the watch outs so we were entering into the purchase with all the right information. Very professional and very thorough, keeping us updated throughout.

Service manager is fantastic.... understanding, helpful and courteous. Sales team are the complete opposite. I was pressured into paying £100 deposit to take the car I had seen at preston off the forecourt. I paid and eventually did get that car. However have never received deposit back. I was not informed that instead it would be used as a down payment. Be wary when paying deposits!!! Since I have tried to contact my sales person, left messages and still no response.

Rob was great, no heavy sales pitch did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. Made the process of choosing a dealer much easier as I felt trust was earnt early on. Would definitely recommend others to look to Rob and HPL.
