Really great service from Leah, she made the car perfect for my sons first car and delivered on all her promises to keep us informed of progress. We are very satisfied from the service HPL have provided, making sure the car was fully serviced (at their cost) and taking out all of the dents and marks from their part exchanged vehicle. We were cash buyers so no discounts available but overall delighted with the car and the service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. A good selection of makes and price range available. Just a couple of issues encountered. The car purchased was to be collected the following week but was informed a couple of hours before I was due to collect it that it wasn't valeted yet and so was to collect the next day. On collecting the car, there was mud on the rear carpet and the upholstery didn't look too clean inside but I was assured it had been valeted. There was also a new chip in the paintwork on the driver door that was not there when inspected a week earlier. This was quickly touched up and carpet cleaned whilst I waited. Something that can definately be improved on was the supervised test drive route was only of 10 minute duration, took a route through 20 mph limit over speed bumps and did not enable travel in excess of 40 mph or use nearby motorway to really give a flavour of the car's performance.

Kyle has been friendly and helpful from start to finish, great experience from him at HPL Oldham.

We went here just to window shop to be honest. We had no intention of buying that day but... we ended up leaving as very happy new car owners. They have a very large selection of nice quality cars of all makes and models and reasonably priced. We were served my Filip and his trainee Katie. They were very helpful and as a first time finance owner (I have always bought cars outright) they were very patient with me and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about it. They were friendly, helpful and overall just very nice people. The interaction and experience we had with them was great. I am very happy we went here.

Fantastic customer service from Sean B, from the moment I waked through the door with an enquiry, to the minute I left with the new car, Sean ensured I was happy with everything. Probably the comfiest I've felt purchasing a new car, and my daughter was wondering over by the endless hot chocolate Sean provided her. Would recommend very highly, and will no doubt be back when I'm ready to switch again.
