HPL customer service next to none, this is my 3rd time of going to HPL to purchase a car, Paul Bennett was amazing from start to finish even on his day off,

Bought my car from HPL with the help from Andy. So lovely and helpful through out it all! Very quick process.

From the day I first spoke to Dave on the phone, to the day I collected the car from Atherton HPL, we were treated, courteously, fair and nothing ‘pushed’ on us to buy extras. One question only, would you like this answer no end of discussion. Great bunch of guys at Atherton HPL. Honest and welcoming car salesmen, I never thought I would see the day. 5 star all the way.

Great service from Kyle hassle free from start to finish

Just bought my new car today the service was incredible from start to finish. The car was sold by Kyle who was so helpful and through.

Bought our new truck from the Preston dealership and dealt with Kayleigh from start to finish. Really helpful all the way through, made the whole experience stress-free, especially since we were travelling over 3 hours each way on the day. Only problem we had was when we realised that my son had left his mobile phone and tablet in the back of the car that we had traded in but HPL came to the rescue and posted them back to us.

Very professional and helpful, excellent service. Brian looked after us and made the process easy. This was the second car we have bought from HPL Preston and would recommend them.

Bought my car from here after first seeing pictures on their website. Phoned and made appointment to go and have a look.Sales rep Rhianna Davies was friendly helpful and non pushy all the way through from looking at the car,test drive and negotiating part exchange on my car.I am extremely happy with my new car and the service Rhianna gave so would recommend HPL if you are looking to change your car. Excellent service.

Asked them a question publicly on their Facebook account as they do not reply to emails only to be blocked. VERY professional 👏🏼 I’ve asked for documentation of the work they’ve done to our car several times to be ignored. None the wiser as to why the drive shaft has gone 3 times now so we’ve complained to the finance company. I’ve called, emailed both to HPL and their managing director to be ignored. ‘Honesty produces loyalty’ what a joke. EDIT 26/10/23 - drive shaft gone again with our baby in the car. Please avoid these people. I’ve had no response to my complaints at all so I’ll now be going to the financial ombudsman. Once again we’re having to get the car towed home and myself and my 11 month old are having to get a taxi from Wales. We found the drive shaft bolt in the middle of the road. AVOID HPL. 23/8/22 The sales side was easy and pleasant however after a week the engine coolant was empty and we noticed a knocking noise when turning. Reported this to HPL and told to bring it in. I booked a day off work to drive it 31 miles to Oldham to be told to keep an eye on both problems and that my engine coolant was full… I had to fill it to get there. No checks performed. Knocking noise was still present and engine coolant still leaking so told again to bring it in. Drove 31 miles yet again to be told both drive shafts need replacing and the engine coolant is leaking. The 100 odd point check is clearly a joke and doesn’t exist. This has cost both myself and my partner time and money driving a 62 mile round trip each time. Finally they’ve booked us in closer to home to be told there’s no courtesy cars available until October.. this is despite taking out their extended warranty with courtesy car on request. So again we’ll be out of money. Not acceptable when I’m 6 months pregnant either. Avoid On top of this it also needs a new timing belt. 128 point check does not exist!! We have had the car 3 weeks 19/9/22 - EDIT - car broke down in wales. They hadn’t bolted the drive shafts on. We had to spend 8 hours getting rescued and towed home. Car taken to HPL to be fixed as we had the warranty extended. HPL then told me it wasn’t fixed yet I saw their employee driving it when I was on my way home from work PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS

We have always gone for new cars and was a little apprehensive buying an approved used car, however I now feel this is the future! Ari could not have been more helpful, he put our mind at ease and made us feel like we were in good hands. We were particularly impressed with the care that goes in to getting your vehicle ready, with its inspection. It was actually pointed out to us that a job was required on the car before they would be happy for us to pick it up, which again only aided our confidence. Ari kept us updated throughout the process and we are delighted to collect it, thank you Hpl Motors.
