We have just purchased a Suzuki Vitara, the service was excellent, Will was really knowledgeable and he was clear when explaining the financial regulations. Will used in our opinion the appropriate level of approach and contact, which at other car sales outlets can be overpowering. The reason we are not giving 5 stars is because firstly the attention to detail on the valeting could have been better, and whilst driving on the day of purchase the tyre pressure warning light indicated one tyre well under required level of PSI, also it indicated the other 3 tyres not to required PSI level, which we felt should have been addressed before handover.

We got out new car from HPL and Chris couldnt of done enough to make sure the purchase was easy and stress free as possible. Even the collection, which from previous experiemce is normally where the car buying experience can fall down was great. Wasnt sure about going all the way to Preston for a car but was totally worth it.
