Where do I begin? After countless amounts of issues, trouble, horrendous customer service and neglect from a previous dealership (Parkside Motorstore - Bolton) I was left in a position where I was paying for a car I couldn’t use. I contacted HPL motors via email, and spoke to a lovely gentleman - Sean Barnes. I explained the situation I was in, and explained how I do not cope well with calls due to my vulnerabilities. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sean, from the get go he talked me through each and every step of the process, and why that process was happening. Sean was very thorough with everything and ensured nothing was missed. From start to finish, everything was extremely personable, and went above and beyond to even contact me outside of his working hours to help me with the car I decided to purchase - I’m almost certain you wouldn’t get this service anywhere else! It is so refreshing to know there are still fantastic people working in dealerships, and don’t just try and push sales upon their customers - not once did I ever feel under pressure throughout the process. Once Sean had explained everything to me, sent the documentation via email and paperwork my post, everything was sorted and I was kept up to date throughout. On the day of delivery, Sean contacted me to advise as the delivery driver was coming to deliver my car to me, a tyre pressure sensor light came on. He instantly put my mind at ease by asking what garages are closest to me so the issue can be resolved. I told him about the two garages and within 20 minutes tops, I had confirmation I could take the car down (whenever was convenient for me) for the garage to take a look at it, and that the costs would all be covered by them directly. I absolutely love my new car, and still do this day I cannot get over the exceptional service provided by Sean @ HPL motors. It is very rare that a vulnerable customer is taken care of from start to finish, is under no pressure, is provided a lot of help and support and even follows up with a courtesy call a couple of weeks after delivery. I will certainly not go anywhere else from now on when purchasing a car, and I highly recommend that anyone considering using this dealership goes ahead and does so - you will not be disappointed! Sean you are an absolute credit to HPL and I can’t thank you enough. I look forward to receiving my V5 document, which I know will be received soon.
