I contacted Koios online support regarding a broken component of my hand blender on Monday. On Tuesday, the representative, Cleo, informed me that they would replace it. I received the new blending wand on Wednesday. Kudos on the excellent and rapid response. You did a great job. Thank You!

I was able to register my air purifier. Then Ton, my customer service agent wanted me to send my info and I was able to. I also sent a photo of my coupon for a free gift. Overall it was pretty easy. Thanks Ton for your assistance!

I haven’t received my product yet but all of the service up to now has been amazing. I asked about my tracking number for my delivery and it was sent to me within a couple of minutes.

Our friends had this product. It was so lightweight, easy to clean, durable and affordable….I bought one for my husband (Anniversary gift). The package was damaged, I was nervous, but everything is intact and ready for tomorrow’s smoothies. Totally recommend.

The motor of the 800w hand blender stopped working. Rey helped me troubleshoot and will be sending a replacement part. It was an easy process and Rey gave great service.

The air purifier is modern and clean look, fan speeds are adequate. The light is pretty bright if using in your bedroom at night, but I was able to turn it off with the remote which was a plus.

I just received my air purifier today. I have it set up and it’s running right now, although I can only hear it when I’m close to it. I think it’s going to make a big difference for my allergies.

I purchased this product because it is made with stainless steel including under the lid and the pouring spout is glass. It is important that none of the water touches the plastic. The water boils fast in 9 minutes.
