I recently had an issue with a Koios Shop product I purchased. I contacted the company via email and within an hour received a response. That was a total surprised because it was a Sunday. The issue was quickly addressed and within two days resolved. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service received my friends will be receiving recommendations on Koios Shop and I will be purchasing again from them. Excellent example of great customer service.

I had a defective blender I bought and requested assistance through the Live Chat service. I am so lucky I connected with Pahwee. Such a kind, helpful customer service was provided to me. Because of this, I am so happy I chose Koios. She was diligent, and understanding. Very grateful for her service!!!!!

Pahwee was wonderful. She assisted me with my issues promptly. My air purifier is a little over a year old and suddenly it stopped working and smelling weird. I thought it just needed a new filter, so I bought a replacement, but the burning smell persisted. Pahwee told me to stop using the air purifier and then the company is now sending me a replacement unit free of charge. I'm very grateful.

I love my Koios Juicer and have maintained it scrupulously for the two months I have owned it. During this period I have made three glasses of celery juice every morning, then cleaned, dried, and returned the unit with all its parts to its box. I have only put finely chopped celery into it. Despite my care, the drum has recently developed several large cracks and needs to be replaced. The quality of the service I received from Jay and his team can't be beaten. Excellent customer support is very rare these days and I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the speedy and courteous way your fine company has replaced my damaged part.

My issue was the overall time it would take to arrived at my residence. I canceled my order.. It took a bit longer than I'd have liked, but overall the experience was good. They took care of my issue and kept in constant contact until everything was completed.

I purchased the Personal Blender KOIOS 850W. It’s easy to use and clean. I really like it using everyday. Unfortunately after 40 days purchasing it got broke. The motor was dead. I was so disappointed. So I did call to customer service and he responded and helped me to get the problem solved right away with very polite and positive. Within 3 days, I got the new Personal Blender!!. I was so impressive and happy the good job of KOIOS’s customer service team taking care of customer.

A month ago I purchased a small room Koios air purifier. I have used it continuously since receiving it and am very pleased. It is attractive, quiet and takes care of the odor in my "cat room". The blue light is also a nice touch. I am at this time considering getting a larger unit for the living room area. You won't be disappointed with your purchase.

I have a Koios juicer, and the sieve part of the juicer assembly cracked. I went to the Koios website and used the online chat to explain my problem. After a little back and forth, I was able to have my issue clearly understood and ultimately, I was able to get the part I needed. Those who assisted me were very helpful and courteous.

I spoke with Cleo regarding my Koios juicer where the blade is stuck to the motor. I was using the juicer every day for a month. Cleo was very helpful to find a solution. Since the machine cannot apparently be fixed, I was offered a replacement. I am pleased to see the company tries to meet their customer satisfaction policy.
