This dehumidifier is awesome. I've owned several and this is by far the best one yet. I got it on sale so it was also a great price. My bedroom is much nicer to sleep since it keeps the humidistat in the comfort zone, and it is whisper quiet.

First of all I would like to say I had received my order quicker than expected! I ordered the knife set. I am completely satisfied with the communication and the processing of my order. Once unpacked, I was satisfied with the look, it matches my kitchen. I used the knives regularly. They perform as I had expected.

I purchased the 4 in 1 immersion hand blender and i absolutely love it! It’s held up very well so far and the possibilities are endless. I’m constantly using this thing and it still works like the day i got it!

I asked for a part for my blender and they said they will send that part to me, they even got my address and information. They made me leave a comment here and send them a screenshot of my feedback, and after that they did not send the part I asked even though they said they will. Now I am with a broken hand blender that is not useful anymore.

I had a broken part on my immersion blender, which I love by the way. Robert was my customer service rep. He neither harassed me nor tried to get me to jump hoops to prove anything. He was polite, professional and he approved the replacement of the part that I need. It still hasn't arrived yet but that has nothing to do with Robert. It's probably stuck out in the Pacific Ocean somewhere. The main thing I appreciated about Robert was that he voluntarily looked up my order to see if it was under warranty. I hadn't even thought of that.

The top of our je-70 juicer cracked, I contacted koios via email and they responded immediately. Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful, sincere and professional. Great customer service. Part arrived today and we can begin to use juicer again. Thank You Russel. Totally worth the wait. Thank you. Jamie.

I ordered a blender on Oct 30th from koiosshop.com. 1. I received it on Nov 9th, even though they say 3 day delivery through UPS. But that's not the worse part. 2. I had to pay tax(19$) for the shipment, even though at the time or purchase, customer care confirmed that there would be no tax to ship the product to Canada. 3. The blender came with broken fan blade, which was making noise when I turned it on for the first time, and a crack on one of the cups. I reported that to customer service, and they said they will send replacements. It's now 2 weeks and I have received no updates. Customer care has been very nice in all the interactions I had with them, but I believe they are powerless and try to calm the customers down just by words, and no action. So I would not recommend buying from their shop at all.
