United Kingdom | 18 March 2022Found National Lighting while trying to find new copper coloured ceiling lights. Found some which were quirky and more reasonable than other places. We purchased two ceiling light fittings and a lamp and were very impressed with the speed of delivery. Only ordered on the Sunday evening and everything arrived on the Tuesday morning. On seeing the size of the light fittings we contacted customer services. The lady was very helpful in dealing with my inquiry and checked to see if a smaller option was available which unfortunately wasn’t. We managed to find an alternative and ordered which arrived the next day. Due to a picking error we got the wrong items. Called customer services again and Tina at National Lighting was fantastic at sorting out this error. She apologised and arranged for the correct items to be delivered the following day and for the collection of the wrong ones. Tina also sorted out our return to our local showroom. She was very calm, polite, professional and understanding of what we needed. Thank you so much for the fantastic service Tina.

United Kingdom | 02 March 2022Having bought a lamp with motion detection for the front of our house I had a small issue with the detection settings. I contacted the company and found their helpdesk fast, efficient, caring and keen to resolve my issue, eventually sending a new lamp and saying keep the existing one, as I explained I would like to keep the existing fixing bracket already fitted to my wall. Excellent service and a good product.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2022As recommended by the website I purchased the 'compatible' lamps for a light fitting. Sadly I cannot attach an image to this review - the result is laughable. Technically the lamps are compatible in that they connect. That said, they look ridiculous. Cheap plastic white bulbs protruding from the chrome head of the light fitting, at an angle as if they are about to fall out. Cheap, tatty and haphazard. Sent an email to National Lighting. They eventually got it sorted and sent some better looking bulbs at no extra cost. They still don't fit correctly as they protrude at an angle. I would not buy this light fitting again but I would consider using National Lighting.

Contacted Tina Delaney who resolved the issue in the matter of minutes via having a replacement unit sent out. Brilliant customer service from a brilliant company. Quality products purchased on-line from a very intuitive website. Couldn't ask for more - very highly recommended.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2022I had a problem with one of my 12 Opaz MV Spike IP65 Spots, water had entered the unit also damaging the Tee Connector (also bought from NL), I was very surprised, both Lamps and Tee Connectors are of a very good quality. I sent an Email with an explanation, Order No and included some phots, the response I received was very prompt, friendly, supportive and offering a solution. I am impressed with the customer support, the way National Lighting has felt with my problem. I recommend this company both in the product it has supplied me and the after sales customer support... Thank you!

He then discovered the inlet location of the cable was not suitable for the new lights. Although I was well out-with the 14 day return policy dates, I contacted National Lighting and was dealt with by Tina Delaney who could not have been more helpful. In short, new lights ordered, original lights returned and the balance all sorted out by Tina. I am delighted with the customer service from National Lighting and especially Tina. I would certainly recommend National Lighting.

For example, I had some under counter lights bought about 18 months ago where the clips failed and they dispatched replacement clips to me within 2 days by Fed-Ex at no cost. You don't find many firms like this any more who will stand by their products and provide quality service to customers when needed. Their pricing is also very competitive.
