I bought two sets of decking lights from National lighting, but the Driver on one set failed after two and a half years. National Lighting offer decently long warranties (which is great), so whilst the Driver was still covered by warranty, there was no delay in shipping a new one to me. No questioning if there had been improper use etc., Just great customer service and swift resolution. Online selling how it should be! Well done National Lighting.

Purchased 4 sets of Saxby Led Deck Lighting in early summer 2021 - fantastic value and very prompt delivery. Realised I had a problem with one of the Smart Wifi Controllers and swapped it out - let National Lighting know there was a problem under warranty and I had a replacement with me within 4 days of advising them of the problem. National Lighting replaced a failing LED exterior fitting several months after it was installed. They were professional and extremely courteous and replaced the unit with no quibbles. The only ask was for me to take a photo of the fitting. Terrific service! They will be my first choice for any future purchases.

Brilliant customer service via online chat from Tina Delaney. Fully expected some sort of useless bot but it was a real person who went out of the way to arrange for me to purchase an item that was out of stock for delivery but available in stores - but I don't have a store near me so couldn't do that, and they went to a lot of trouble to set this up for me.
