Ordered this and it arrived very quickly Easy to set up and use I’m not particularly wanting all the ‘badges’ things though that keeps popping up. Not sure how to turn that off

Good, but the software is extremely slow. Having two dogs on the same app is hard to monitor both due to the time delay.

La verdad es que es un rastreador de lo peor La aplicación, al arrancar, se queda colgada cinco de cada seis veces La batería, sin usar el rastreador, no dura ni dos días, se descarga un dos por cien cada hora (aproximadamente un 50 por cien al dia) Si se arranca el rastreador, no dura ni un día Al usar la opción de rastreo, tarda de 3 a 5 minutos en empezar a funcionar (eso si funciona) La precisión es muy pobre, y la frecuencia de actualización es de 20 a 40 segundos No hay opción de apagarlo por la noche ni ahorrar batería Lo peor? A los 5 días dejó de funcionar, fue completamente imposible que encontrara señal de GPS, eso que estaba en una zona de amplia cobertura Lo he devuelto sin pensar, tras intentar sin éxito que el servicio técnico me diera una respuesta razonable a las claras deficiencias que lo hacen un producto pésimo e inutilizable me he pasado al tractive, que aunque tiene que pagarse subscripción, funciona a las mil maravillas, comparado con pitpat, que sería un carromato oxidado , tractive es un mercedes benz

Customer service is excellent, I had to contact them this week, they were very patient at explaining the best way forward and were going to contact me the following day if I was still having problems. I have two dog trackers and really love knowing where my rescue dogs are, excellent product, lovely customer service, would recommend to everyone. The problem I had as well was due to internet work being done where I live,

Great product, nicely packaged. The app is great fun to use. No more anxiety about losing our dog on our land.

Exceeds my expectations. Very detailed walk tracking and location. Just deducted a star, because battery life when not set to walking but on my dog is shorter than expected. But battery life is fine if I take it off my dog when indoors. Velcro fixing can wear easily, but replacements available at reasonable cost.

Easy system to set up, it works and shows dog on map and the handy pointer and distance to dog also works when outside

Good and bad! start with the good. It arrived the next day and my refund was very quick. I live in east Cornwall, the reception did not go above one bar and the battery did not last more than 3 days. I phoned gor advice. I was advised that there was a good reception in my area and the battery only ran out because I was testing the tracking too much. I ran another test by not looking at the tracker at all but it still ran out in 3 days. The gps was useless. My dog was in an open field with no obstruction and it simply didn't work. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this device was a waste of my time.

Unfortunately I live in an area which has a very poor phone coverage. This prevented the Pitpat from working properly. I telephoned and explained the problem and a refund was immediately offered. I was very grateful and was advised how to avoid this happening again. I was very pleased with the response.

The tracker works very well and also tells you if your dog is getting enough exercise daily. Very good instructions and nicely packaged and well thought out. We are very pleased we bought the Pitpat tracker.

I got this for my husband, as you goes out walking with our dog, for long walks. He’s always been saying he wouldn’t mind getting one of these, so when he opens it on Christmas Day, he will love it. Thankyou.
