So easy to setup and use. Really intuitive app and information

Tracker works great our cockpoo once in a while decides I’m going off on my own, so now I know where she is heading

Very quick deliver, easy to use, my only grip is that to see our walks and extras on offer, I need to subscribe to a monthly subscription, when advertised it say one payment not monthly fees like other trackers

Only been using the PitPat tracker for less than a week but already had to recharge, advertised as having a long lasting charge? Can take a few minutes to start up ( ie start a walk), but then seems to work fine. The map was somewhat disappointing ( lacked detail, maybe I need to reduce the scale) Haven’t yet had to use in earnest to locate the dog. I do like that this device doesn’t have a monthly subscription charge.

I like knowing how much activity my dog and I do everyday! We walk on the beach or in a field.

The advertisement for this is wrong. I believed I would get what is shown. But I don’t, unless I pay £3.99 per month. I would have sent it back but part of the box has been chewed.

100 percent recommend. I have 3 of these on my cats and it helps me to keep an eye on their wandering. I only wish that I could thank at at the same time. What a fantastic product though.

Very good product

Finally got to use it for its intended purpose keep a track on a husky who on occasion likes to just do what’s he likes disappears. Tracking can be a little draggy but at least I know in which direction he is. All in all a good little device and does what it says.

Responded and dealt with rising problem with a better than satisfactory outcome.

Fast and efficient response to order and clear instructions for setting up and using.

Instructions for attaching unit to collar confusing. Could easily come lose or fall off. Long waits for satellite fixation in spite of living next to open spaces. ( my dog could be in danger during this time. No lights or sound alert so useless in dark or thick undergrowth. If these inadequacies were corrected then the price would be reasonable value. My inclination is to return the unit.

Easy to set up and use. Velcro fixings on the dog collar works well. 3 weeks in, So far, so good! My only advice, if you are using to tack you dog off the leash, then set the location to start when you leave the house. If you have your phone with headphones listening to music etc, you do get a bleeping sound which tells you it is picking up your dog. Very helpful!

Otto has only had his tracker for a few days but so far I’m really impressed! Easy to get started and love the information provided - favourite is how long Otto has been ‘pottering about’. I did track him and was pleased with the accuracy.

Great service I feel so much happier now our dogs have got the pit pat scanner on their collars and it’s nice to see how their walk has gone. I have it on my phone also when my son is taking them a walk it’s nice to get a woof text saying how they are doing and they have won a badge. Thank you.
