I’m not impressed with the live tracking. It takes 3 mins to start, a dog can go a long way in that time, it doesn’t automatically update and follow them, so you have to keep re checking location, and it wasn’t very accurate. For example it said he was the other side of the river than where he actually was, and another time it said he was in the middle of a farmers field when he was running towards me down a path through the woods. It gives a rough estimate of where your dog is when you can’t see them, but I’m really not impressed. The battery life is good and it’s easy to put on the collar and easy to charge u, but it’s like it’s trying to be a doggy fit but instead of an accurate tool to locate an awol pet

Peace of mind in case my dog gets stuck somewhere . A chip or identity tag cannot help if you can't find your dog .Product is compact and easy to use.

Super prompt delivery, no fuss. Great deal on Black Friday as I already have one tracker for my Spaniel that I paid full price for. This one is for her daughter when she's old enough to wear a collar!

Fairly small and lightweight, no trouble leaving it attached to the dog's collar all of the time. The lifetime data contract was the clincher for me. The App is simple and intuitive and works well. GPS works OK, although sometimes it takes a short while to update and sometimes it's a little inaccurate (although to be fair, that's possibly the phone GPS in error). It's a shame that there isn't a way of clipping the GPS to the collar rather than having to use the velcro strip provided, but that's not a big deal. Generally, very happy with the purchase.

Your product came on time and simple to connect up. I have used it every day on my dog and it has given me confidence letting my dog off the lead.

The charging unit for our PitPat had overheated so I enquired about a replacement. Although the charging pad was out of warranty Lauren had no hesitation in offering a free replacement. We had the pad within a few days. The speed of service was excellent as was the efficiency and support. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
