Very good little device, works very well, gives you a little piece of mind, just a pity that the battery doesn't last very long, and you have to remove it and charge it up every couple of days, and charging takes a good 24 hours or more depending on have discharged it is

I had a small problem with my first tracker but the staff were absolutely fantastic in solving the issue. I am now delighted to say the new tracker supplied works brilliantly,well done the staff

Very quick delivery. Nice packaging. Good instructions.

The only problem I have is the time it takes to make connection, sometimes can be quite long, and no tracking lines as to where your dog was.

Very pleased with the PitPat tracker, my only (slight) reservation is that the app can take a while to link to the tracker. Overall I’m very pleased with it

Unfortunately as I live in an area with bad signal and PitPat is constantly looking for a signal to report in, the battery last only a few days so now he can only wear it when we are out.

Would have given 5* but no where in your information did it tell you about Charging up the GPS before attaching to your Dogs Collar, zi'm not particularly a Techy person, so definitely think you need to address this issue as there bound to be more people like me!

Good product

Three days ago my GSP went missing while I was walking him in the New Forest. Not knowing which direction to head I fired up the Pit Pat tracker and could see that he was 0.7 miles away. As I got closer I could hear his anxious barking responding to my whistle, and I realised that he was trapped by deer fencing blocking his route. A great relief for both of us when he was finally able to get back to me. My Pit Pat paid for itself several times over that afternoon.

It was very easy to use and it's not to heavy i have whippets and it had put my mind at rest when they don't come back first whistle wish I had hot one sooner very happy customer 😊

This is my second pitpat - it is a life saver with a naughty spaniel - works brilliantly when needed, small to attach to her harness, easy to charge and their customer service is phenomenal - amazing product would highly recomment

The item was despatched quickly and communicated as needed. The device seems robust; the attachment straps work better than I expected. It does take a little while to get the satellite fix - a little frustrating when you need to use it - but once connected, it works well. While the position updates are a little random, I think this is down to where I live rather than any device issue. Overall, I am happy with it.
