Had a PitPat for about a year, it has only successfully located about a dozen times. Useless piece of kit.

Absolutely chuffed with my pit pat It's so simple to set up and use with some great features and gives me peace of mind knowing I will be able to trace my beloved bonnie whilst she gets familiar with her new surroundings at the farm

Had a PitPat for approximately 3 years and it does not work! Sent back the first one I had as it wouldn’t locate my dog the second one was just the same. It takes ages to try and locate the dog and then just says cannot be located. I do not live in a remote area so not sure why this won’t work. I have tried it in various locations with the same outcome. I only use it now for the exercise stats

Locates our lurcher ok but can take a few minutes to do so. By then he could have moved a long way. Overall though it is a robust and recommended dog finder with a good battery life and easy to use app.

Very good customer service and their dog insurance is good value and they were very efficient when I had to claim.

Excellent when it works, but takes ages to actually connect to the app to track your dog and does not work when you have 4g available, do not great in a forest or over a common

Always need to be in satellite coverage if not will drain battery and not even last a day, an not turn of even if in home, and find my pet location is terrible,

This pitpat dog tracker is very easy to use and the gps is very accurate . Helps to keep track of your pets activities, helps to keep not only your pet on a health track you can set your own goals on exercise so a win win for all. Highly recommended this product .

I’m afraid it can be only 1 star at the moment, purchased PitPat this week and it worked for 3 days then lost coverage on Thursday, sent several messages regarding the problem but still not working 2 days later , the customer service is very slow and didn’t realise that it wasn’t 24/7, I’m now into the weekend and don’t think there will be any reply until Monday, not very good as my hound will now have to stay on his leash instead of going out working in the hills , a very disgruntled man and his working Hound

Massive bag sent which is very difficult to manage because the contents are so heavy the poopers don't stay closed. Not sure how fresh this food is going be when we get further down it. Maybe send two separate bagsvto keep it fresh. Alfie seems to like it though which is the main thing.
