Battery is having to be recharged more frequently even though it shows a charge of 30% or more.

Great tracker and company. Lightning fast delivery to an area that most other companies class as the Highlands even though we are not.

Absolutely love the customer service. Mark has been brilliant at helping me. But the tracker itself isn't great for where I live. More suited for people who live in the city or a town.

I recently purchased a Tracker which was well packed and promptly supplied 10 out 10. Subsequently I had the need to phone your Offices. The Lady answering the phone was extremely polite and helpful and answered the question to my full satisfaction. Thank you

Trialling this product in Devon where mobile signal is often not available so not very useful if you want to track your dog. After almost 2 weeks here I have not been able to get any readings so my dog has stayed on lead. I also found that the battery drains very quickly and is slow to recharge.

Arrived quickly. Takes the worry away from Dog getting lost when out on walks.

Next day delivery, easy to set up, and so far very reliable. Only problem I've noticed, is while the recorded walks map is geographically accurate, it grossly underestimates the milage. It claimed we cover 1.8 miles on our walk, I've driven it and it's 3.8 miles. Still, over all, very happy so far.

Well, for a start you could reply to my requests for help to get started. Your phone number wasn't answered either. Your instructions are very difficult to follow. I am seriously considering sending it back. I have since spoken to Pitpat and they were actually very helpful and I am now making some progress.

We had a subscription based tracker on our dog but we were not using all the features. Saw PitPat advertised solely as a gps tracker which was exactly what we wanted. Have only had it for a few weeks and battery seems to be lasting very well. Did a short test to find my dog and after a short delay it found him and followed his activity. Fingers crossed it works like that if he goes missing! We will certainly look to get another PitPat for our other dog once that subscription expires.

Bought this device for my deer-chasing Irish Terrier. Ability to view exactly which field/wood/area she’s in is really useful. I live in an area with various limited mobile places but so far Pitpat has been able to track my dog except for the odd minute or two. All in all I’m a happy customer

I went for the PitPat tracker for the same reason as many do I did not want a monthly subscription so this tracker seemed to be the one I needed. The tracker arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I had a problem after a few days and Lauren at customer support responded quickly and now the unit appears to be working, I say 'appears' because it has only been two weeks of use so far. Selecting 'find my dog' takes a few minutes to take the tracker out of sleep mode, and this seems longer than it actually is however, when it does lock on I have found that it tracks well. To speed this process up select 'start my walk' before setting out then it constantly tracks the dog quickly but of course, this will run the battery down more quickly. While in mobile signal range it updates between 2 and 3 minutes. This is great in normal use but I would like to see it more often in "find my dog mode" I suspect my spaniel could get a long way off in 2 minutes. Overall I am happy with my tracker and also the customer service at PitPat. The main thing to check is the mobile coverage in your area as they do warn about this but the 42-day cooling-off period gives you ample time to check if this is for you. ### Update ## Unfortunately the tracker stopped working again and the unit lost charge quickly. I suspect that the tracker had a charging problem or that the charge indication in the app was not reporting correctly. PitPat thought the problems related to my poor signal coverage so offered a refund. This was handled without any problems. I have since got another tracker unfortunately a subscription service however this unit works perfectly (so far) and does not appear to suffer in the same way the Pitpat did. All that said I would still recommend trying Pitpat as the customer service was great and when the product worked I was happy with it. The 42 Day no quibble return ensures you can return if after testing it is not for you.
