We were very pleased with the tracker. Poppy swims a lot and it is fully waterproof!! Unfortunately her collar came off in thick woodland, so there was no signal! A prompt e mail exchange meant we had a replacement within 5 days. Thank you.

Really pleased with the PitPat trackers I purchased for my two Cockapoo’s excellent price with no monthly fees and keeps a record of their exercise and walks etc it also awards badges for milestone in their progress great product would recommend

I love the product. So easy to upload on the app, to recharge the unit and to use the app. After the initial purchase, there are no monthly fees. It doesn't bother my dog wearing it and it gives me such a feeling of security. I had a hiccup with mine when I returned from holiday, but I called Pitpat on Saturday, explained what was happening, Lauren checked and could see there had been a hot battery warning and told me they would send me a new unit which I received within a few days. All I had to do was post the faulty unit back in the envelope provided, so they could assess what had happened. Now, I know it can be irritating to experience an issue, but when the company handles it as fantastically as Pitpat and their employee Lauren did, it makes a world of difference. Well done. Highly recommend.

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK IN MY AREA OF CHESHIRE

Brilliant. Not only does it show me exactly where my dog is but there’s all the added little bits, how far we’ve walked, what he’s done on the walk and lots of other bits. Thoroughly worth the money.

I received GPS tags promptly. Unfortunately they don’t work in Channel Islands, yet. The Pitpat company have sent me all I need to post them back with a full refund. Great service though.

Arrived quickly. Works great due to connecting to a satellite and showing both you and the dog on a map which updates every few seconds. No subscription either.

I always receive a prompt and helpful service at pit pat. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

I have the GPS tracker and the regular activity tracker. The regular activity tracker gets 5 stars, the GPS gets 1 hence the 3 star review. I ordered the GPS when it first came out so I've had a while to test it. I live 6 miles from a city centre in a built up suburb, I have never had more than 2 bars signal, usually only 1. When we have gone to other areas I still never have more than 2, once I think I got 3 bars (a miracle!). That includes other cities, countryside, beaches, seaside towns etc. The signal is so poor, if my dog went missing I honestly don't believe this would be how I find him. My husband was walking the dog and I decided to see how quick it would find them, he had finished the 45min walk and was outside the house by the time it picked our dog up. I tested it again in my parents area, this time when I was walking the dog. Again I finished the walk and it had still not loaded properly, this time it showed myself and my dog on the screen. No map though and my dog was apparently miles away when he was standing in front of me. It's so disappointing as this has the potential to be amazing but unfortunately it needs some work to be that amazing product. The customer service has always been good and they are friendly and helpful. As I needed a replacement when the first GPS stopped charging properly. The company is good it's just this product that doesn't live up to the expectations. Due to the poor signal the battery is often very poor too, at my parents house when they look after the dog a full charge will be gone within 2 days. The same happens at my husbands parents house (in a totally different area and different city). I'm sure if you live in a area with strong 2G (I think that's what it uses) signal then you may get on well with this, if you don't then it's unfortunately not very useful. I had hoped over the years that a update may have come to improve the signal but unfortunately not and with 5G rolling out in most places I can only see the signal getting less and less due to less masts supporting the older Gs.

I like the tracker but am put off by all the emails I keep getting and badges. I hate badges as it demeans the product. I just want a tracker that works. It does but battery life may not be what they claim. 4 days in and it has used 26% so may not last 6 weeks as claimed.

Very happy with purchase all working as described. Battery has lasted over 6 days to thios point from initial charge.
