Brilliant bit of kit. Dead easy to set up and share to other phones. Lots of good features. Really fast postage extremely happy.

They responded very fast when I thought they had not arrived, and offered to replace. The collar was found buried at the top of the garden by our dog who has a liking to collecting the post himself, but this time he left no evidence, so I reported it as missing until proof of arrival was sent. Sorry for the confusion, they are defiantly a 5 star company and would recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I have had a pitpat for a couple of years and the battery had run low. I asked for advice on battery size and how to change it and customer service replied quickly and helpfully.

The people :-) Fact is the staff are as good as the Pitpat. I cannot praise them enough. They answer the phone promptly, you can understand them, they are pleasant, polite and above all efficiently deal with your problem, in our case a pup modified tracker, without any hassle at all. Certainly deserving of all 5 stars

Happy with it while it lasted but after approx 16 months it no longer works. The site says you’ll get several years out of this device but it seems not. We’ve had 2 stop working now within this time frame which does not make it better value for money than the monthly subscription one we had.

Ordered food package and although PiPat said order dispatched and gave a tracking number carrier, DPD say they are still awaiting receipt of order???

Good customer service I purchased a tracker for my dog but on receiving it and starting to use it I realised that it didn’t have the coverage or functionality I was needing. I contacted customer service and they advised I could return quibble free and they sent me the links. Return was completed quickly with no questions and response times were excellent - my last tracker provider could learn some lessons from PitPat!

Amazing tracker, worth the money in the longer term as there is no subscription. I’ve had mine for well over a year and it’s great to have the reassurance of a tracker on walkies. Battery lasts for ages too. Great company, quick to answer customer service. Highly recommend.

I bought a PitPat after looking at many options because it appeared to be a quality bit of kit and there was no subscription. The tracker will do as it claims and track your dog’s location which can on be very slow to update at times depending on your location. The activity track was a great disappointment because it does not show the route your dog walked only a graph of when your dog is active through the day. I particularly wanted to see routes walked so I can track paid dog walkers when I go away on holiday . I have since discovered that I can subscribe for £3.99 a month to see the mapping of any walks. I also find the battery life if short so it runs out when I am away meaning the tracker is useless. Personally I now wish I had requested my money back within the 42 days allowed.

PitPat has limited coverage. This means it doesn't work everywhere there is a mobile signal as you might expect Don't buy this unless you've checked they cover your area and the areas you want to take your dog to. Then, if you go out of your area check they have coverage. Unless you stay in one place and don't travel, this isn't any use

Device promptly delivered and easy to configure via clear, concise instructions. Tracker quickly activated and easily placed on harness. Very pleased so far 😀

Overall not bad at all. The only problem we have encountered is when we went to N.W Scotland on holiday and we had no tracking signal at all bit strange really as we had phone signal and GPS worked on phone. Also it's a sealed unit so you can't replace the battery when it will no loner take a recharge. Apart from that it works fine everywhere else we have been.
