Had a problem with our pit pat not working but contacted PitPat and received a prompt answer to my problem and everything up and running now.

I bought the PitPat in Italy on Amazon.it. I travel regularly by road between UK and Italy with my dog. It has never worked convincingly in any location in any country, even when cellular coverage is good and all my other GPS gadgets function perfectly (iphone, smart watch, sat nav etc). When it occasionally connects, it is slow, inaccurate and not in real-time. On top of this, even though I bought it in Italy but registered it as UK, the live tracking and other App-based don’t appear to be available. I have tried to contact PitPat by email to no avail. After several months, I have now given up with it and am researching alternatives. I have actively discouraged many dog owners from buying one.

Not used in anger yet, but tested when out for a Walk with my dog. Seemed to track accuratley, the dial needle and distance is a good feature. App easy to use, the actual GPS tracker is light and easy to re-fit between my dogs coat and harness using the supplied velcro. So far no complaints .

Arrived quickly. Instructions good and it works well.

The company were quick at responding to my issue with their equipment. They were helpful and offered a replacement exchange in order to investigate the problem

Not only will it tell you the activity of your pet, but if the unthinkable happens, it can now track your pet..NO EXTRA FEEF REQUIRED!! For me, this a must, an essential piece of kit , both for you and your pet. I love mine and I think you will too.

The PitPat tracker gives us great peace of mind as the Cocker Spaniel can run for great distance. Since moving to the countryside there's lots of temptation to chase. By using her location on the app we can retrieve her with much less stress. We purchased the tracker a few months ago and used it everyday. It holds it's charge, it's been through streams and thick mud and proved to be resilient and efficient. Excellent purchase.

After issue contacted help desk, UK based hardly any wait to be answered, knowledgeable support staff, arranged an immediate replacement, arrived within 48 hours. Along with with instruction on how to swap in app. Very rare these days to receive this level of support from a company. Would highly recommend.

We have started using the Pit Pat activity monitor. It’s so much fun keeping track of activities and so easy to use. Lovely helpful company too. Highly recommend .

Love the product it’s a perfect size to fit on my dogs collar and love the range of colours. Having all the movement and fitness data on the app helps me to track my pets fitness as well as movement and location. A great purchase would highly recommend

Excellent customer service My original piper tracker failed, ebbed though it was just out of warranty they had no issue with replacing the unit We’ll done PitPat , I’ve now subscribed and will continue to enjoy PitPat to the full

Arrived promptly. Struggles to find our dog in our local woods even when no leaves on the trees. Appears to be well made. I don’t think I would trust this device to find our dog if it went missing. I keep trying the find my pet feature without much success!! Works eventually on open moors we use. It makes me wonder how effective the exercise tracker is.
