Only gave it 3 star's due to having to recharge it every 3 days I expected longer battery life prior to purchasing on a review it said 7 days this is definitely not true Don't always get a signal which is disappointing I purchased 2 pitpat would I recommend not really

It's the first time that I have ever used. A dog tracker so I've only ever used pitpad. I don't know what else is out there. But what I can say with pitpat? I've had all good experiences is very accurate today. Your dog, is it? Takes a couple of minutes to connect to the satellite. But that's not a problem. If you set it up before you leave to go on your walk. It would be all ready for you. That's what I do anyway. One little downfall that I don't like is that I have 2 dogs And can only track one at a time. Apart from that, love it. Love it, love it.

Very easy to set up with online video and clear instructions and support team are really helpfull. I have found it to be good for basic dog walks but as I have a very energetic collie it doesnt accuratly record distance on activities with ball thrower this can be overcome a little by adjusting the settings I ended up having to increase % by 30%. Also on 12mile bike ride along a canal it didnt capture 4m of journey and recorded end mileage very low even though 8m of journey showed on map? Short walks in the evening it only maps 50% of walk? Battery life I found good and location was good apart from times when it went offline even with full battery.I think for average dog walkers it is ok but not ideal for us in rural area doing long fast workouts.I was impressed with how it measures activity like play and rest indoors this was very accurate.

Didn't set it right the first time I used it but keeps track of activity very weii. Haven't needed the tracker to find my dog yet ( fingers crossed ). He is a new to me rescue, that's why I purchased thw Pitpat. When I couldn't set it up at first, got some advice how to without even asking for it. Great.

Quick delivery, easy to set up, and seems to be working fine, the velcro strap seems a little dubious but has held fast for a week and my dog Spot is very boisterous so I think it's going to be ok.

So, firstly the negative:- the tracker didn't actually work for me! The signal just didn't kick in reliably enough where i live so I had to send it back. The positive is that the company was so helpful and understanding and the process of returning the tracker and getting a refund was super easy and quick

When I lost my tracker the PitPat office were great. They helped me replace and set up my new tracker with ease. Many thanks.

I have just purchased 3 units. I have three dogs, all three units have run the batteries down with in 48 hours and they take several hours to charge. The units are hardly usable. I think I must be in a bad area, it is a shame you didn't check that. I have wasted all that money. Probably have to give them to a charity shop

Very fast and prompt delivery My query was answered efficiently and quickly. When practising with it. It does what it says it does it finds your dog, there is a slide delay while the device locate your dog. This can be adjusted to suit your needs.
