Excellent service from the staff ,very polite and helpful offered good rates and was knowledgeable with their work. I would always recomend them to anyone.

Easy to deal with and staff are always friendly and polite. However, the customer portal is difficult to navigate. It's too easy to get your own name wrong!

So I went to collect my item they told me how much I had to pay so with what money I had there was one brand new Scottish twenty pound note which I handed over to them then the manager came over and he is very sorry but they do not except Scottish money I told them that it was legal tender and also English Stirling and he had no right to refuse the Scottish currency but he still refused.

Spent over 8k on chain and pendant and few rings took them back to sell back to them a month later so I payed over £35 per gram and that offerd me £15 per gram back knowing I have been in that week almost everyday I was I’ll with mental health at the time thy take you for a ride and boy that saw me coming example I paid 2.6k for a chain with pendant and that gave me £700 a week later what a joke That rob you silly and take advantage of me what a joke

The Web site said 9.00am The time on the door said 9.00am So why after 15 min they didn't open...I knocked on window to be shown 10 fingers ...on a previous visit shop shut for lunch...

I had never pawned an item before so I was nervous as well as being anxious about the debt I needed to urgently solve. The young man that dealt with my request was amazing. He handled my emotions of fear with kindness and understanding. He was so polite and kept everything to a minimum and calm. Everything was explained to me in layman's terms so I didn't get anxiety mix-up. My item to pawn was treated with respect upon pawning and receiving back into my care. I didn't feel uncomfortable or unclean for using such a facility. The rates for borrowing were not daft. I think banks could take some advice from these guys. This will be the first place I go in my difficult times. Thank you so much!
