Don't buy online ordered a necklace for special birthday cancelled few days later refund may take 10 days absolutley rubbish.

H&T pawn shop. Excellent shop and service the staff are friendly and very accommodating, recently retrieved my valuables April 2024,the kind staff at fulham pawn brockers,gave me extra time and telephone call reminders which were very helpful in saving my valuables. A Shop I use regularly never had issues with staff but this morning I chose an item and ready to pay but guess what incorrectly labelled. Was already stretching my money and it was above what I couldn't afford. All foregners and attitude when asked to be sold at prise labelled OK they not obliged to sell it to me but to keep customer realtion they could have maybe honered it at the prise labbled or is it a trick to get people in to the shop Incompetent staff Will not be using them again

I have used H&T for many years when strapped for cash. I’ve sold jewellery always getting the best value for them. I have now retrieved my last piece of jewellery and parted with them. The staff there have always been friendly always smiling and cannot do enough to help me. If I need anything that they provide a service for, I will always be returning to them. I bought a Choppard classic watch to Tottenham branch in London, was offered £1000 to buy so I porned it for £650. When I collected the watch I attempted to reporn it for a £1000 and was offered £200, I contested the offer and told them that I was offered a £1000 to buy previously and chose to porn for £650 and was told no they only gave me £200 and refused to accept my sincere notice of my original offer which made me feel like I was being labeled as a liar. Being that I'm a self employed, qualified and experienced H&S officer I asked for the original contract details i.e. Date, Amount of loan etc and was told that it couldn't be found or located on the database system. This offers a real matter of concern to the professionalism and integrity of the service. I was sincerely left disappointed and shocked at the poor performance standards of the service. So I retrieved the watch back and to it to Hatton Gardens to porn it, which I did and was offered a much better deal that what they had offered me to reporn it. My goods were transferred from another company and I only had old receipts. Even though I’d rung before and the lady said just bring ID it will be fine? When I got there it was very stressful, said I needed receipts (current) etc. but finally another lady stepped in and sorted it out for me . Thankfully 😅

Popped in to the Barnsley store yesterday to trade a sealed royal mint birthday edition 5g 24k gold bar as px for a nice coin I’d seen online . The lady started searching for a price and I swear I’m not joking I was offered £148 for it. Scrap price alone was £228 at the point I entered the shop how can you do this and get away with it ? Most reviews on here are for how helpful the staff are which I don’t doubt the lady who served me was lovely but come on that’s just an absolute insult. I’ve purchased 8 sovereigns from this company over the past year or so and don’t mind paying a little over the odds but can honestly say I will never spend another penny with this company after this
