Peter at the king street Sheffield branch was really kind and friendly and chatty. We changed our money speedily and easily with him. He congratulated us on our wedding plans and we went off happily.

Two damaged Cartier watch Bought Cartier watch - two actually in a space of 2 months. First one - Cartier Tank came with one if the links loose and a jewellers told me the whole bar needs to be replaced (returned the watch) Second one - Cartier Santos came with one screw missing from the face of the watch Makes me question authenticity of these products - will not buy from h&t again.

The staff in the Bridgwater Branch are knowledgeable friendly and explain things clearly,so you can understand the deal wether you are selling pawning they have it covered i have gone in a couple of times and got a good deal.Thankyou Ladies. From Andy

Been using h and t for years, and they always provide a 1st class service.

Went into town bought my jewellery to one of your shop I got a price on it but didn't bother to put it in. So I went back with it about 2 weeks later to the same shop they said they had to test it as there's no hallmark they put the solution on it was coming up blue which means it's not gold I'm fuming to myself because 2 weeks ago it was gold at the same shop. He passed it to one of his colleague to test with her solution she came off with the same thing saying its coming up blue I took my jewellery and left the shop not realising they broke the hook on my jewellery. I went to another H&T still in town for a second opinion and they tested it and It is gold I said I've just been in your other shop down the road who took 45mins to test it and telling me its not gold . They were surprised this had happened stating the the solution sometimes go off and that can cause bad reading on an item. Well they need to get or use better solution they make enough money off us to buy better quality solutions. And they need to pay to fix back my gold hook that they broke in the first shop. Not happy at all

The people in the Fareham branch were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful I would recommend them

Saw an interesting item in the window, on closer inspection I decided it would be ideal for an upcoming birthday present. I explained to Kirsty that I would have to call back to pay for it. Kirsty very quickly offered to put it aside for me and explained that she wouldn't be in tomorrow, but would ensure that the staff knew about it. I returned the following day and they were expecting me. Fantastic friendly service. Thank you.

I needed a loan for a deposit for my new car, I had heard about H&T, but never thought of them seriously, until I went into my local store, the staff were so helpful, and friendly, and it happened so quickly, I was approved for the loan, and it was in my account 1/2 days later.
