Friendly understanding staff. Thoroughly explained everything in detail, so there was nothing unexpected with my application for a loan on my jewellery.

Rose and Sabina at willesden green branch are knowledgeable and helpful. I get Excellent service from them everytime I visit thr branch.

I called in with some watches I was selling to fund my "grail" and was delighted with the price offered....and accepted. The team at H&T were incredibly friendly and shared my excitement at now being able to go ahead and buy my next and final (famous last words) watch. Call out to Lois and Dragmo (please excuse me on spellings if incorrect) who were fantastic. A superb experience, professional throughout with a swift and seamless process ending in funds in my account incredibly quickly. Highly recommend.

It’s not the first time I have used H&T…was passing to greet the Friendly Team of Hastings Branch, East Sussex ..asked about the rate of Gold and it was super good. Came back with a few I don’t require and soo surprised with the result! Good Team with Amanda H..on the Counter to serve me was just as good but they are all equally pleasant, honest and very friendly .. Left with extra money for my next travel plans…how wonderful is that ..thank you H&T 👏🏼

I have had to return the money I borrowed 2 days later because I reread the contract and saw that it wasn’t something I wanted
