Reserved a watch online so I can try it on in the shop. Have the email confirmation in which it said the watch is reserved. I checked the website as well and it was reserved, just to get an email a few days later saying that the request was denied because the watch is now sold. Basically impossible to be sold online as it was marked as "Reserved" so the only thing I can think about was that maybe it was a good deal and someone internally got it? Not sure, but very disappointing to wait for nothing.

Walked into the Croydon shop Completely ignored by all three staff including Robert the “manager” The clerk was so utterly rude he didn’t speak or look at me during my transaction. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. I mistakenly thought shops needed to sell items. Not the Croydon one. Don’t waste any time there.

They just cancelled my order and I didn’t received my watch.Don’t trust this company.If you order something from them, your Item probably would be cancelled.
