Brilliant service.

Lewisham staff are absolutely nasty thieves, liars and shockingly unprofessional, not to mention deceitful. I have seen the way that they treat other customers too and I've seen more experienced scam artists with better manners. The manager is spiteful, rude and a brat. I'd rather give my gold to cashconverters and lose money than deal with this sham of a store. They pawn 22ct and mark it as 18ct so people get less and then they try to claim the fake ring given back was the original item. That's vile behaviour and against H&T's good name. That's theft and I have proof. To the staff, you don't own the shop, you work for the company. Some one needs to remind you on a daily basis, you're a bunch of catty and bitter bullies that rob the vulnerable. Know your place and drop the attitude. You lose the company lots of money and you already have a bad name in Lewisham and you can feign all the shock and ignorance you like. It's the truth. Don't say you weren't warned. Thieves!
