We visited the leigh store to look at a chain for my husband, Rukhsaua looked after us, I've never met a more helpful polite and general happy to help person, she went above and beyond for us. I hope she gets recognised for her attention to customers, we will be visiting the store more ofter now.

My experience has been a great one. The manager at my store made it a pleasant one. Always welcoming, attentive, made my visit worth the time. If there's a situation that needs more time to sort, then that will get sorted before my departure. I always leave with a peace of mind, knowing that alls well. Good job!!!

I was in a difficult situation a while back, and had to pawn my custom made, black diamond ring with H&T. It was not an easy choice. However, the team, and specifically the manager, John at the Chalk Farm branch, have treated me with the utmost consideration, compassion, patience and kindness that enabled me to finally pick up my most prized possession back from them. Honestly, I was blown away by just how well handled my situation was by H&T, and they have completely transformed my opinion of the role that pawnbrokers have in the community. I can genuinely say that I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with them, and as mentioned, with the store manager in particular.

I always trust the service at H&T. The first time I went there I was frightened that I would feel intimidated and was quite anxious. I was treated so nicely and professionally that it was a very comfortable experience. That was quite a long time ago. I've been back a few times since when I've had cashflow issues and although I only visit every now and then I feel I am treated like an old friend! The staff are lovely!

Gone and changed default date on my credit file to a later date so it goes back on my credit file but guess what I have proof that they have changed the date as I have my old credit file printed off so looks like I will be going to financial ombudsman as it's a status barred dept over 6 years and they are commiting fraud changing the dates on the default I will be taking this further with my proof

Bought foreign currency a few times from them. Every time service was great and team were professional. The rates are better than high street but not the best.
