It was very easy and fast to get my items back. Excellent and very friendly service, the lady in the shop remembered me and asked me how a planned trip went. It is reassuring to know that I can rely on a great team, if needed.

Tried all day to check out, it now allow me to pay for the item but doesn't state the shipping cost till after I agree to pay. I tried calling a few times and called local branch. The young lady had no knowledge so I called back to speak to a manager like she advised but then got transferred back to the main centre for the lady on that end to say she couldn't do anything.

Visited the Greenock Branch with my Wife to sell some of her unwanted Gold Jewellery.Very pleasant and helpful Lady named Janice very carefully explained the procedure,tested the items and concluded the transaction with some nice £20 notes.Altogether a very pleasurable experience.

Lurked on this site for a year or two but never purchased until recently as prices were high. Got a rare watch at a good price, delivered in reasonable time and the replacement box was of good quality also. Only criticisms is that there are more scratches on the watch than were visible in the photos, although it's still in generally good condition at the price. Also the watch box was loose inside a much bigger box lined with one thin layer of bubble wrap only. Luckily it did arrive working fine.

What a wonderful team at H & T Widnes branch always friendly and happy to help in any way, Samir and his staff are just excellent i had to use there pawn brokering services and got really good prices everything explained to me and how paying a little more each month saves you money,but then with family issues happing it was hard to meet payments on time spoke to the staff and they where excellent in the way that they helped me,phoning to see how i was and offering to help in anyway they could, would 100% recommed them to anyone they REALLY do care about there customers
