I invested $1,000 with this company 5 years ago, which I regret because now they told me that even though the initial term was for 5 years, they decided to keep it for 7 years. After all these years, I now have exactly $1085.88 (a year back I had 1090), which is probably the same as inflation since then, except that this money is tied up and I can not access it. My daughter is starting college this year and I need the money (that's why I chose 5 years), but I can't have it, isn't that great? it would have made more had I left it in my savings account. But what is even more annoying, their website is useless, I am not able to find or download any document, or contract, nothing, not even my tax form, which is ridiculous. I wonder if it's a scam, which I'll find out in two years I guess.

The WORST customer service EVER. I've been trying to reach someone for weeks now. Email not returned, phone not answered and call not returned. Tried to schedule a call....that was cancelled with no real explanation. I have investments in other REITS and part of the only reason I invested in DiversyFund was they allowed entities and we wanted some business captitol to work for us. We were fine with the 5-7 year term but no one can tell us how or if we will even be able to get our money back then! (They can apparently keep your money as long as they want) Also, they have stopped posting dividends. While this doesn't mean they are not accruing, it's a bit disturbing that they do not provide statements or update you on the progress. My advice, keep looking. There are many other REITs that have much better customer service, transparency and don't keep you guessing if you'll ever get your money back.

I'm currently invested in the Growth REIT fund, invested since May of 2020. Averaging about 2.5-3% gain per year. Monthly Dividends were discontinued about a year after investing. (Bummer)

Stay away from this platform. The investments are misrepresented, the company does not follow through on communication, updates, or financial information that they owe their investors. They have multiple lawsuits open for fraud against their companies and their executives. Do your homework and make your own conclusion.

Buyer beware of this so called Investment. I made the mistake of investing 5 years ago. Was supposed to see a return on my money in 5 years. Suddenly this was changed to 7 years and possibly more. Diversity Fund will not allow me to access my funds and now states they don't know when or if my dividends and principal will be available. Do NOT get involved in this company.

This is sooo not worth it, I thought there would be a penalty for early removal of funds from Diversyfund and they will not let me get it, Sounds like a big game changer to me.

Just had an unsolicited sales call from Craig Cecilio, founder of Diversyfund, in an effort to get more $$ out of me: what a disrespectful, unprofessional CEO - this was one of the more unpleasant chats I've had - he got frustrated and hung up on me when he learned that I'm not a happy investor (I've been unable to get my initial $10,000 investment from 2019), so I said therefore I will not become a venture capital investor until I receive my money back with promised interest. What an arrogant jerk of a CEO - I regret trusting Diversyfund with my hard earned money many years ago.

DON"T put one cent into this fund. They will trap you, they do not inform you very well of your investments and have the worst return of REIT's out there. I have had $500 with them since 2019. It is now worth $546!! Really - during this RE growth period they couldn't do better than this. It's a JOKE. Feels like a scam.

I read the fine print and this is a scam ,they changed terms them said its longer than the stated terms,Since there's no liquidation meaning when things aren't working out you can't get your money back ,no growth on investment worth keeping, Scam and should be reported.

My account was hacked around Dec 3-4 of last year. I immediately changed my password when I realized it was hacked, but didn't realize the hacker also added their chequing account to my Diversyfund account. This year while checking why my $2000 that I put into Diversyfund only made $54 return in two years, I realized that there was a $125 dividend that was paid out at the end of December of last year, and I never received that money. After corresponding with customer service, I realized that the money was indeed paid out, but not to my account, it was paid to the hacker's account. I then spent the last 1.5 months corresponding with customer service trying to chase that money down. They take FOREVER to respond (>1 week for every response, I always have to chase them down for a response), and after a month they were still asking simple questions like is this chequing account yours? NO OF COURSE NOT IT'S THE HACKER'S! When I had to do my taxes I asked them what I should do because I never received the $125 capital gain that now I have to pay taxes on, and they told me to pay the taxes. Now today they are telling me that the account was never compromised. Excuse me but WHAT?! (1) It took them over a MONTH to look at the logs of a few activities around Dec 3-4, and they couldn't even do it right, (2) they had NO SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE at all! No 2FA like every other standard company, and not even a email notification to say hey you tried to change your chequing account, do you really want to do that, click approve, or at least letting me know it was changed so I can realize that the hacker changed the payout account for dividends and change it back to my own account! (3) Now I'm paying taxes for dividends I never received, (4) The return really REALLY sucks and I can't even touch the $2000 that I deposited, that are locked in for like 5 years. It's just not worth it! This is the most incompetent company I have ever seen on the face of the planet, stay away at all cost!

garbage scam company non compliance. horrible leadership. they respond to emails within 21 days. no 800 # to call. Craig Cecilio is the worst CEO anyone can imagine. No Dividends, Can't add more $ to current investment, the site always has technical log in issues. no monthly statements just pure GARBAGE. DO NOT INVEST WITH DIVERSYFUND.

They’re a fraud and why they’ve lots of complaints on BBB. I was told same excuses as to why I am not receiving any dividends over the past months. I tried to pull out and same script that it’s too early; initially it was 5 years now they say 5to7 years. I fear that money is gone and they’re running a Ponzi scheme,

I have been trying to access my account via the app and the website for the last 3-4 months and it comes up with a blank screen every time. I understand technical issues but now it seems to me like a SCAM.

I have reached out to the people and have received the same canned response. They suspended dividends over a year ago, yet they won't return my money. Be very careful investing with this company because their returns are crap and you are stuck in the fund.

Everytime I try to sign in to my account I get the response"Something went wrong" Its been this way for over a month. Then I get a recent email telling me they are sending distributions but have seen nothing. I am starting to wonder why I ever invested in the first place Facebook review will be next!

Cannot access account. No email to allow access. Receive no updates. No phone support. Canned email responses to inquiries. This is a complete scam. Update: After responding and referring me to the email link I have already used, they ghost you. Scam company. No transparency. Fraud.

I always was interested to invest on a real state and when I saw that this company that was involved on commercial real state properties then I choose to give it a try. I would like for them to drop the minimum amount of investment to $100.00 from $500.00. I think that it is easier for middle class income workers and low class income workers to bring up to the table $100.00 than $500.00. What I would like to know is the following; how much penalty I will have to pay to the IRS if I decide to remove my investment? what is the % that the IRS is going to apply me if I decide to quit investing?

I put my money in in 2015. It just sat there although I'm sure they used it. I recently 2021 got an email from them. I have still not been able to invest in anything. Several projects but all are fully funded? Hmm sounds like a good way to not pay a return to me!
