After sending a video to Clare showing the problem, she has now arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Very pleased with the way Clare dealt with my problem, very professional and helpful.

United Kingdom | 11 September 2024My first contact, about a faulty Teasmade, with Swan was back in March when it was just over one year old , so I couldn’t return it to the retailer. The product is guaranteed for 2years. I had telephone conversations and several emails, sometimes to a different customer service operative to try to solve the problem and get a replacement. I have recently been speaking to Clare in customer services and she finally arranged a replacement which arrived just over a week ago!! It’s taken 5 months to get this sorted and to say the least I think I’ve been extremely patient. Overall the service to me was poor apart from Clare but I feel overall the service leaves much to be desired and I will be cautious before I purchase any other Swan product. The date section will only accept one date so I’ve put in the rough start date and I received the replacement early September

An email request to support had a response within 15 minutes giving photo instruction on how to replace it. Such excellent service, top marks to my contact Phoebe.

Following their instructions I sent an email containing requested photos and product details. Two days later I was very pleased to receive a replacement. This excellent prompt service has inspired me to use Swan in the future.
