We needed a filter for our kettle - which is still working well after 4/5 years and as it was unavailable on the website, they kindly sent one too us free of charge. Great customer service.

I recently bought a bean to cup Swan coffee making machine, initially it worked well but within a few weeks it was leaking and spraying out hot water. I complained and received a replacement which unfortunately suffered from the same fault within weeks again. After an achingly slow complaint procedure I was informed it was now beyond the time period to receive a refund. Another replacement is on it's way, watch this space. It's a shame because the machine could be a winner for the price and the staff have been very courteous.

A delightful after service experience. I had my espresso machine but working properly. A warranty was arranged and a replacement is dispatched. The helping line is helpful and responsive.

We purchased the Swann Nordic range products a year ago and were disappointed that the finish became to fail . We contacted Swann, they were very quick to respond, however, to get replacements items we had to cut off the plug 1cm away from the base and send confirmation images. The replacements take 3-5 working days, so this further inconvenience is not what we expected. Customer experience based on their rigid process poor and creates further inconvenience. In addition, the original warranty stands so you don’t get the same length if time on the replacement products ? Customer satisfaction is not at the forefront if their complaint process.

I had to contact customer services regarding a faulty milk frother which was still under guarantee. I emailed CS and Diane replied very promptly, resolving the problem with a replacement. This was great service via email. I did try phoning initially but after waiting over 30 mins I gave up. Thank you Diane for offering such great service.

I have written reviews about the Swan Retro appliances. I did buy several appliances as they do look attractive but although attractive are of poor quality. I bought a retro Fridge Freezer in 2022 at a price of £640.00. You would think for that price it would be frost free but no - a manual defrost. Very poor. As mentioned in a previous post my retro microwave went rusty and the retro air fryer had a peculiar smell and sets off the smoke alarm. I do not use the retro air fryer now. Never again will I buy Swan appliances.

I received a damaged kettle due to poor packaging. I contacted customer services and i had a reply from clare efficiently. She was very professional and very helpful. A solution was sorted in a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered the Handheld carpet cleaner, unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, I notified Swan they replied back within 24 hours and had my item sorted within 48 hours! Very prompt service and in addition allowed me to keep the additional item that was delivered. Brilliant service! Would definitely buy from them again

My Swan kettle just stopped working unexpectedly so I contacted the customer service team. Clare was fantastic from start to finish, everything was resolved within 24 hours and a replacement on its way to me. Absolutely brilliant, thank you!
