United Kingdom | 03 September 2024We bought a Swan brand kettle from Tesco, it`s a Symphony, cost £30. My wife chose it, she said Swan is a good make. First day when I was removing the lid, the knob came off in my hand, I checked it out, and the securing screw had not been fitted, I put one in. Two weeks later, one of the Swan labels fell off it. I emptied the kettle and checked the manufacturer on the underneath. It was made in China, had I noticed this, I would not have bought it. and suggested taking it back to Tesco but I decided to keep it.

I spoke to Clare, Kat & Kai (Clare was my main point of contact), on Friday and between them they organised a new machine to be dispatched to me. It arrived this morning (Tuesday) and I couldn’t be happier! They really did offer excellent customer service.

Our beloved coffee machine (that we LOVE) had a malfunction and they replaced it - then we somehow lost the steam tube for the milk foam and within 24 hour of me reaching out they have sent out a new one! Excellent coffee machine and amazing service!! Thank you for always being so helpful!

Thailand | 29 August 2024Returned an air cooler Back & forth with customer service to clarify which product I had returned even though I’d already been sent the returns label & clarified what I was returning. I returned straight away & sent them confirmation that they had received the return only to be told I’d sent the wrong product back ! Baffled I contacted customer service yet again.. Absolute nightmare 3 weeks later I still awaiting a refund. Not a happy customer!

Chioma did her very best to resolve this matter on my behalf. We were able to reach a resolution with regards to this matter.

The Crossover was displaying a red warning light and kept on telling me to fill the water tank. I had a reply to my email almost immediately from Chioma giving me a solution that resolved the issue. Thank you Chioma for your very quick, friendly and professional response. I was so impressed with the speed of the response and the fact I had an immediate fix. 😊
