United Kingdom | 23 January 2024After a slow start with the service, mainly due to technical issues, my mother doesn't use tablets etc. I was bale to pick up the query with Kai, who held my hand and ensured my mothers initial query got dealt with. We had some issues with emails not being picked up and she stayed on line, whilst I sent the mails, which took seconds and got the query sorted very quickly and efficiently. Every team needs a Kai in there, someone who leads and takes control of a query. Thank you for picking up the phone Kai and dealing with my query so efficiently.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2024I ordered a wave guard for my microwave. It arrived in 3 pieces! I contacted them and have been ignored no reply within 5 working days as stated! I have contacted again and still no response . I will order elsewhere as I need one and am not getting a response. Will not do business with them again. I have various Swan products and will change to another brand when they need replacing it if they need parts . It’s only 4.99 but I have now paid for a ripped wave guard that is not useable UPDATE After leaving this review I got a response with my money back and an apology as well as a free of charge replacement. I have updated the stars for this reason . I just wish they had acknowledged my email sooner

Informed not covered under warranty and sent me a link how to care and clean it...very rude and condescending. Then it started to not work well. As you were useless last time...bought a decent brand new microwave with fabulous reviews and won't buy from Swan again!!

I was quite annoyed about this but I’d like to commend Swan’s customer service as after I posted my review they immediately contacted me and offered a product from their range by way of compensation & I’ve just received a beautiful pan set, so while it’s still disappointing that the fridges didn’t last, this really helped so thank you 🙏

He was very thorough and very helpful right the way through the process. He took complete ownership of the issue and even during the christmas period was responding swiftly. Good experience. We are getting a new microwave sent out.

I removed due to the exceptional customer service from Gemma, who has checked my query of non delivery of a replacement dish rack. Gemma advised the replacement was delivered, giving delivery date, but on further investigation the order had been despatched to my previous address in another town. Gemma apologised for previous csa not previously confirming my address and has now arranged replacement to arrive within a few days. Can't thank Gemma enough for her help and efficiency. 1st class service. Thank you

United Kingdom | 16 January 2024My cordless vacuum developed a faulty charging socket, so I rang Swan and spoke with a lovely girl, Carlie, who was extremely helpful. After sending photos and video of the issue, a replacement was despatched. Excellent and efficient customer service. Well done.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2024Had problems with a Garment Steamer. Only one year into two year warranty, but no receipt so realised that I was unable to claim under warranty. Just thought I would ring Swan, explain problem with machine with a view to seeing if it was something obvious that I could try before disposing of it and buying a new one. Spoke to Caitlin who was extremely helpful, suggested a couple of things to try first, and to get back to her if they didn’t work. Unfortunately neither resolved the problem, so as requested let her know. The next thing that I heard from Caitlin was an email asking me for my address, so that a replacement could be sent to me. I certainly didn’t ask Caitlin for one, nor did I expect one, but for her to go the extra mile and provide a replacement, which she certainly was not obliged to do, but as a gesture of good will, can only be described as exceptional, and she is a credit to the Swan brand.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2024EDITED FOLLOWING REPLY TO THIS REVIEW: This is a wholly inaccurate reply: 1) it was a microwave and not a kettle 2) I have evidence (which was submitted to your customer service team on 15 January 2024) that the microwave was delivered to you at 07:48 on 28 December 2023. Please don't make out that I failed to return the item. This is completely disingenuous. 3) you do NOT provide your customer service contact number (either on order confirmations, receipts nor your website). This is completely untrue and misleading. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately my customer service experience has been very poor (and in actual fact, non existent) from start to finish. I ordered and was delivered a Swan retro microwave before Christmas. It arrived and was nothing like the colour shown on Swan's website. I promptly returned the item and it was marked as delivered back to Swan on 28 December. I have never received an acknowledgement of return from Swan nor (more importantly) my money back. It has now been 18 days since the item was returned and I have had no response to the two emails I have sent. Please be aware that Swan have no telephone number to call nor any form of live chat function. The only way to contact them is via email and, despite saying they will reply to your email within 5 working days, they simply don't. I am astonished at Swan's Trustpilot review score. On the basis of my experience, I would suggest that one should take such scores and excellent reviews with a pinch of salt.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2024Ordered a dishwasher and set up the warranty the item broke within 3 months. Been trying to get support from Swan for 2 months now and they ignore all emails and no phone numbers to contact. Contacted their outsourced warranty company and unless swan register the fault they will not help you. I now have a £400 item which doesn’t work and no support. Shocking service and product.

Replacement microwave on an eye level shelf, not working, and too heavy for me to shift. Cooking on the floor in my old defective oven - the only cooking means I have. Not easy for a 90 year old. I live alone, no family in the UK and friends elderly like me. Nobody to help me. At last a response from Swan and very satisfactory help from Gemma. A second replacement and so far OK. I love Swan microwave ovens, for their good looks and their performance. I just wish it was possible to change failed light bulbs.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2024Non existent customer service. Emailed, re issue I have with coffee machine waited the 5 obligatory working days...nothing. Emailed again...nothing. I'm left with a coffee machine not fit for purpose. Last time I buy anything from Swan. They are happy to take your money but afterwards they couldn't care less. Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, I waited well over the time you stated before contacting you when I received no response to my first email. Subsequent emails were sent when I was liaising with your 'customer services' to arrange for a replacement item. You surely don't expect customers to wait 10 working days for every response when dealing with an issue. I have sent you the requested information 3 weeks ago. I followed up with an email a week ago, Still no response. I first raised this issue in Dec 2023 , this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
