I received fantastic customer service from Tanya when my 18 month old espresso machine stopped working. Tanya clearly instructed me on the information required to assess the machine. Once I had provided this information a new machine was sent out to me immediately.

Great customer service from Carlie. We got in touch to query an issue with an order that hasn’t been received and if it was possible to get a replacement. Carlie did her best to help me with this issue. I was very happy with the service she provided.

I purchased a LFC microwave which broke after one day. I had difficulty in arranging a return and replacement.Amber replied albeit after I’d resolved the issue myself. I then had no communication for 5 days to say what was happening. Amber replied albeit once the new microwave had already arrived. That may seem like a dig but isn’t. Her workload meant she couldn’t reply any quicker and despite that still had courtesy and replied when it would have been easier to see things had been resolved and ignored it. This essentially happened twice. Both times I got a polite and friendly email with a succinct summary of what was happening. That will do me!

My Swan espresso machine stopped working, fortunately just within the two year guarantee period. Amber at Swan recommended a procedure to fix it, but when that was not successful she was able to replace the machine very promptly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service she provided.

I had a problem with my swan Lynsey queen of clean Hoover, it would hoover for a few seconds then cut out once I discussed this with Amber at Swan she identified that I was missing a part from the filter after a few emails Amber offered to send me the part free of charge. As this was not covered by the warranty I felt this was great customer service. I’m awaiting the part and I’m hoping the hoover will be fixed. Thanks again for great customer service.

Amazing customer service from Amber. We got in touch to query an issue with the brush bar collecting hair and if it was possible to get a hold of the replacement rubber strips that clip into the bottom of the vacuum to reduce this. Amber went above and beyond to understand the situation and without going into too much detail we were more than please with the resolution to our initial query.

I have to say what amazing customer service I received today from Luke! I had recieved a new microwave and it wasn't working. He was so friendly and professional and within 10 minutes a replacement is on its way! Thank you Luke highly recommend

I contacted Amber at CS after the light failed in my Nordic microwave after light use at approx 2.5 year mark. Out of warranty but because there was no way of replacing the bulb without removing the back and sides she agreed to send another machine. Top marks for CS at Swan. Less marks for design of bulb placement!!

My microwave had a small defect the staff at swan brand spoke without any legal jargon and go out of there way to help you fantastic staff 100%

Took a while to get a new kettle, had to send pictures etc, but within a week with Caitlin's help the new kettle arrived, she was most helpful :-)

I contacted Swan customer service about my deep fat fryer I purchased 14 months ago which had a 2 year guarantee, there was a problem with a leakage from this product. Within days I was in receipt of a brand new one. Excellent customer service. 5 star rating

Bought a kettle year ago. Very cheap made, Handle cover was some very thin finish which comes off making it look like its fresh out a dump. Only place its good for is the bin. For the price of Swan you'd expect a higher quality. The customer service is horrendous. No reply to emails now, Was speaking with a Carlie on Tuesday but now no response to email soon as a replacement was mentioned!! told to email by social media team to no avail. Under par products and extremely under par customer service! Wouldn't recommend this at all. Extremely pleased I didn't buy a coffee machine from Swan now **EDIT** It seems Swan instructs it's customer service agents to go by a 3-5 day reply time. Yes that's between each email? So Carlie was only following the timescale given to her which I understand. That being said I think the 3-5 response time for each email sent even if you're in the middle of a resolution the 3-5 days each time applies which is beyond silly and only longing a complaint out. If it's that busy Swan could spend some of it's profits on more staff. Further edit to the response from Swan, 1st it isn't a rare fault if you were to look at the reviews mainly on Amazon. Also, it's not exactly affordable when the kettle is £55 and doesn't last without looking like it's freshly pulled out a skip!
