My kettle became defective within the warranty period but it could not be replaced as it was out of stock. I waited 9 months as I wanted that particular colour as I had bought a kettle-toaster set. It was then discontinued so I was offered any kettle of an equivalent price. Sadly, the one I liked was out of stock so I picked another product from the range (an air fryer). I was happy with the Customer Services as I was offered alternatives. The 3-star rating is more for the fact that a lot of products on the website seem to be out of stock.

ZERO STARS! A kettle I purchased in Aug 2021 dangerously leaked water into the base after a few months & was eventually replaced by Swan in Jan 2023 when it was back in stock. Despite being less than 1 year old, the replacement kettle went bang last week tripping the electricity in my home. The fuse was replaced but it went bang again when plugged in, this time completely blowing the wall socket. I contacted Swan but despite the replacement being less than a year old, they are adamant the original warranty has expired and there’s nothing they can do. However, these appliances are obviously dangerous death traps and I do not want a replacement kettle. What I DO want is for Swan to acknowledge the seriousness of my issue and take responsibility for the dangerous appliances being manufactured and sold to consumers under the Swan brand, reporting it to those higher up the food chain when customers report faults of this seriousness. Swan MUST be held accountable for the sub-standard quality manufacturing of the products being sold to consumers. I’ve ended up paying an electrician £125 + VAT to make my house safe after my Swan kettle experience, plus buying a new kettle - BUT NOT FROM SWAN.

I contacted Swan Brand as I was unable to extend the warranty on the website for the appliance I purchased. Caitlin replied promptly, apologised for any issues and extended the warranty for me. First class service! Thank you!

Having recently purchased a much needed small, inexpensive to operate, heater I dutifully sat down to read the instructions before use. Having worked for decades in the aviation industry I was well versed in Emergency Procedures. Now as an OAP reading the lengthy warnings within the booklet I was fearful of switching the appliance on. So I called Swan’s Customer Services and had the good fortune of speaking, and later Emailing, with a most friendly, professional and results motivated lady, Amber. Her first action was, to LISTEN to my fears and need for a clear understanding as to whether the use of their appliance would cause any risks based upon my specific set of circumstances. Whilst generally addressing my concerns, Amber highlighted that to be 100% accurate in what was the correct information for my particular appliance and situation she would seek the advice of a more technically versed person and the process may take a few days. With managing my expectations at this time, I happily wore extra jumpers during Amber’s follow through. When timescale increased a little, rather than provide incomplete or fabricated information Amber kept me informed by Email as to progress. Today Amber came through with a definitive response to my queries and I can now switch on my heater and remove a jumper, or two. As having spent 25 years, involved within the consultancy/call centre industry globally. I believe that my experience, regarding the benefits and importance of excellent Customer Services, enables me to identify when I have been fortunate enough to have experienced such service. The mantra of any really great business is “our people are our greatest asset and they are the reasons our products sell and our profits grow”. I look forward to doing business (repeat business) in the future. Thank you Amber for such a pleasant and satisfactory outcome. Regards Carol

I hade some issues with my airfryer, contacted customer services and Luke had it sorted and a new airfryer sent out. Really appreciate the speedy support and replacement sent out.

Reference my Retro coffee maker. Great customer support from Amber. Most helpful got my problem sorted straight away. Be aware though customer support is premium line not covered by my phone contract so not looking forward to next bill.

Had a problem with a defect water tank for the swan coffee machine. Emailed customer services and the issue was dealt promptly with by Amber who dispatched a new tank. Great customer service by swan

Very helpful lady called Kai. I was emailing back and forth but then decided to phone through and got Kai, she sorted my problem straight away and I was more than happy with the outcome.

The customer service agent responded to my query promptly and provided a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Showed empathy and understanding. I would recommend Swan products to others as the aftersales service is great and you don't always get this with other companies.

Purchased an espresso machine last year which developed a fault that could not be fixed, from the moment I contacted Swan by phone initially then email on 10th November both Luke and Kai were very helpful, clear and prompt in their responses for details required to get me a like for like replacement machine (apart from the colour) which arrived Monday 13th November, excellent customer service.

Great customer service from Amber. My toaster is nearly 2 years old and has stopped working. As it is just inside the warranty period Amber has arranged to send me out a replacement. No hoops to jump through, no red tape, just great customer service.
