Been waiting for a refund since middle of December for a product not received, they may be a well known brand but customer service is shockingly bad.

Terrible customer experience. I've been waiting for over 2 years for a replacement bottle shelf for my Fridge Freezer. Clearly these are not going to be available - keep getting fobbed off saying they don't know when they will be in stock. On the spares website it still says they will be arriving in December 2021! Requested as a gesture of goodwill that I be sent one from a new fridge that they are still selling but until now no luck. I'm writing this today as I have now given up!

Several contacts for Calc filter not available for months and months. Recent reply all is well now in stock matter closed. This was totally inaccurate as they are still showing out of stock and delivery for DEc 23. Have not been able to use the steam iron since the summer. let them know on Sunday and again no reply from general enquiry or direct mail to the person involved. The product is still unusable due to red warning light displayed. After all these months no saying discontinued and offering a solution that contradicts their own website.

Swan Retro fridge freezer - AVOID I purchased my beautiful Swan retro fridge freezer just under 3yrs ago at £659 from AO. At less than 3 yrs old but outside the 2 year warranty period the unit has failed (fridge not cold) and has been deemed beyond economic repair. My advice would be to avoid at all costs - it looks great but such an item at such a level of investment, not the most expensive but certainly not the cheapest, should last a lot longer than 3 years! Swan as a company did not want to know and the extended warranty I had in place with Pacifica was of no help whatsoever as it turns out that they do not replace on the first fault, despite being sold as a policy ensuring replacement if the item cannot be fixed so be very wary of so-called extended warranties to!o

Had a problem with iron. Amber was very helpful over the phone and managed to resolve the issue and have a new iron dispatched to us quickly. I would recommend Swan and their customer service team. I’m very happy with my new replacement. Thanks again Amber.
