They have organised a replacement after sending the relevant information. Unfortunately, it still hasn't arrived so have to amend my original review score.

I had a problem with a stand mixer, and after a couple of emails and me providing him with proof of purchase, he quickly resolved the issue, and is replacing said mixer for me. As a retiree, that enjoys home baking, this has really made my Christmas.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2023I bought a Swan kitchen bin with a motion-activated lid. The lid wasn't opening properly automatically, so I wrote to Swan customer service. They (Carlie) sent a very prompt and helpful set of instructions of exactly what I needed to do to re-set the bin lid. It's now working perfectly. I'm impressed by the speed, thoroughness and friendliness of Swan's customer service.

I asked Swan if they could send me a replacement before receiving the faulty one so that I could continue using the frother after heating the milk in the microwave. First, they asked me to send them an image or video of the issue. Not sure how they thought I could do that without a thermographic camera. Their response was " Take a picture of your proof of purchase with the date of purchase circled and, your request number written on it ****** along with today's date. Alternatively, if your purchase was made online, please attach your e-receipt/invoice to your email as a separate document. We cannot accept your proof of purchase as a forwarded email or, copied and pasted. I HAD 'REPLIED' TO THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Can you please write on the front of the item itself, in marker pen, your name, your request number ****** and today’s date? THE JUG IS BLACK! Can you please take a picture of this. On the back or underside of the appliance, please write the same information, close to the “ST4 9GD” code or, batch no. but not obscuring it. Please now cut the cord ensuring that this is unplugged from the mains before doing so and, as close to the body of the item as possible (about 1cm). Can you now take a picture, this time of the back or underside of the item, which clearly shows the “ST4 9GD” and batch no., the severed cord and the written information. FRONT, BASE AND CORD ALL IN ONE PICTURE? Please also advise of the batch no on the underside of your appliance. Please send us these images for approval along with confirmation of your current address, and a replacement will be processed for you." This rather defeated the object of retaining the jug so I queried it and they just kept sending me the same convoluted instructions. Anticipating having to jump through hoops I decided to purchase a new jug then requested a refund. However, a refund is only given if the appliance fails within 30 days of purchase. I gave up at that point, it was obvious I was either communicating with a moron or AI. So I waved goodbye to £34.99 and put it down to experience.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2023My purchase was made on 23.11.23 and after numerous telephone calls and emails between then and now, 12.12.23 it still has not arrived. I was told that I would receive updates as to where my purchase was (it was with Evri) and did not receive a word from Swan, I was just placated on each and every time I contacted them. Today, I have spoken again with the Customer Services, who have finally informed me that my purchase "went missing" with Evri and was asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund - I have advised that I just want what I have purchased. The lack of communication by the customer services has lead me to leave this review as it has been very poor. They're sending it via Yodel this time apparently and it should be with me by the end of the week. 17.12.23 - I have edited my previous review. However I feel I must update it further following my experience on the evening of the 15.12.23 when my parcel was delivered elsewhere by Yodel, when I contacted them they placed the blame firmly on Swan not putting the correct address on my parcel. This was untrue on Yodels' part and just sheer laziness by the delivery driver, as when I finally retrieved it (it had been delivered to a HMO in my street) it had the correct house number and street name on the package. My parcel had been torn open and the recipient had used it!!! I suggest that Swan outsource an alternative logistics company to the ones they are currently. I will be visiting Yodels' reviews... But thank you to Swan in the end, maybe you didnt deserve the previous review, which I have edited and now rated differently too.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2023Telephone never answered and they prefer to email to work at their own pace and convenience. My item was delivered to the wrong address. They had appointed the notorious Evri as their courier partner! Was impressed with next day delivery but product was faulty and wasn’t tested before dispatch. Had to return it. Packaging is in plastic bag instead of cardboard boxes so no safety.

Phoned customer services and spoke to Carlie who was very polite, helpful and professional. After exchanging a few emails, giving information requested by Swan, a replacement was sent out and was received today. Five star service from Carlie and Swan.
