I LOOOOOVE MY NECK PILLOW!! Easy care and most importantly, SUPER COMFORTABLE! The adjustable fit makes it convenient for your comfort needs. I like that it has a carry bag to keep it clean and easy to carry as well.

I finally got a response from FlyHugz. This was after 6 emails and 1 phone call. Their response makes it sound like they responded several times. This is FALSE!!! I received 1 response after 7 weeks. Now I have to pay to return it and trust them to get a credit. As an Amazon Prime member, I should have ordered it there. I would get a free return. At this point, I don't believe I will get a credit so why spend more to return it.

Awesome travel pillow for me. I love to travel and this helps me to sleep better with no stiff neck problem.

My husband loves his FlyHugz for both plane and bus travel which used to make him feel nauseous but not anymore. So grateful. I liked my FlyHugz too but my neck was not as comfortable as my husband's so I didn't sleep as well. Travelling again next month and I will try it again.

Flyhugz is a scam. Their customer service is fraudulent and misguided. I have sent 4 emails requesting a refund because the pillow does not fit me comfortably. After the first request, Flyhugz offered me a 20% on the price I paid. I refused. "We are sorry if we are not able to meet your expectations. We acknowledge that our product may not be for everyone. We also would like to offer you a 20% discount on your purchase to give you a reason to keep our products rather than going through the hassle of returning them Let us know what you think. Ordered FlyHugz 12/26/24 and received emails early January saying my shipment was on the way. Later two emails asking about my experience. When I stated product was not received they sent an email indicating the shipment had been lost and did I want them to reprocess and send. I said yes, but when I went to check it looked like I was being charged again. An email was sent stating I wanted the product I paid for and it appeared they engaged in shady business practices. At least 15 emails have been sent and they are ignoring me. I still don’t have my product. I will not give up. AVOID this company!

I love my FlyHugz. So comfortable, way easier to doze off and actually sleep in comfort. I bought one for my daughter who was flying with me. She loved it too, actually napped and she never sleeps on a plane. Recently I lent mine to a good friend. She now wants to get one.

Just returned from trip to New Zealand and the fly hugs worked as advertised. I'm not a good sleeper but I got more sleep this trip than on previous trips. I have a short neck so it took a minute to make the adjustment to be both comfortable and functional. Also used eye mask and it shut our any light. Very glad we purchased these pillows.

So much more supportive than the traditional travel pillow. Can be a bit warm if you're environment is hot or stuffy but it also works behind your head like a halo.

I wear wireless headphones during flights and the pillow pushes on them so that it pushes the pillow down on my shoulders, not comfortable. So would recommend pods instead or redesign the pillow to accommodate headphones. Without the headphones on, I’d rate it higher 4.

I tried to order two pillows and they kept adding other items to my order, so when I went to check out, the cost had jumped. I triple checked this order and completed it. I check my bank statement and sure enough they added another pillow and mask that was not on my order. It even came in as two separate orders. I have not been able to contact their customer service. I received the pillows, but I haven't used them yet.

I used it actually when I was sick and could not lay down had to sit up and the "pillow" helped to stabilize my neck so i could sleep... I am going to Europe next month and I am confident it will help me to rest and sleep without any neck problem I am very satisfied

Had a lovely snooze with my fly hugz. I have had my neck fused so being able to sleep on a plane is pure heaven. I just need to go on more plane trips so I can really enjoy my flight.

I’m very happy with the performance of the FlyHugz neck pillow. We flew to Europe and it made a long journey much more comfortable. Quick delivery and the neck cushion was exactly as pictured.

I think my neck must be to short! When I use it, it wants to cover my mouth. It did prevent the flopping head and neck ache though.

Husband and I used on 8 hour flight both very happy with the support on the neck. First time I was able to snooze off on a flight. They rolled up into a small enough size. Have now purchased the ear plugs as doing a trip from Australia to Canada.
